I dunno... Dandy's often a pretty loose show, and that just felt really... "Sure... why not!". Without BISHY DANDY SPACE SURFING, I dunno how memorable the translation that are having the bad would have been. Did you catch that namek reference with the planet exploding? The planet had some of the same patterns with the lava cracks on the surface, same shots as in DBZ.

And I think the planetary incendiary devices and the musical ending might have been references to Dr. Strangelove.


At first I thought the episode was going to end with everyone going to boobies and learning to appreciate the wonders of both T&A.

I thought this episode was weak but I turn in week to week to see hiijinks, the soundtrack and awesome animation. If that doesn't do it for you, great. I understand why people aren't enjoying this show. Humor is probably the hardest thing to nail on a universal level...especially humor from a different culture...but it hits for me. The sooner people get that the less elitist sounding post (not you...but I have seen some "this show is for teh losers/basement dwelling dweeb" shit pop up).
