It´s not really valentine´s day where i live, but we both are into american culture, so we know what´s up.

It´s a coincidence, but i´ll by flying to see her on the 14th, and we´re gonna have a romantic weekend.

We just started off, we live hundreds of miles apart, but on this day i´ll know if it´s a fling or a real relationship.

And we´re gonna have sex!!! It´s our first, so i´m already saving myself up to be fresh on friday. We´ll probably just eat something and then straight to the good stuff, because for the last month we just talked and talked...

Can´t wait, it´s gonna be great.

I believe people shouldn't feel bad for themselves because of this holiday that's more about boosting the economy under the guise of relationship building. This is the time many divorces/breakups/suicides happen, and all the mass advertising is designed to make you feel guilty for not getting some. Whether or not you hook up shouldn't factor into your self-worth. Whatever the result, just focus on having fun and not being down because you didn't follow the advertising instructions. Those are my thoughts for all of these mass-advertised holidays.

Day is starting INSANELY early with us going on the behind the scenes train tour, which he doesn't know is his present (he LOVES trains.) Then, much like last Valentine's (though that was at Disneyland) we're probably going to spend entirely too much of the day standing in line to meet Princesses since they will probably have their rarely seen Princes with them. AND I WANNA MEET PRINCE PHILIP DAMN IT.

I should note my bf's hobby is accumulating points and miles to use for trips and stuff, so we're a terrible example lol.

Since I am ditching work on the busiest day of the week, I suppose I should bring in some giri-choco on Thursday so they don't all hate me.
