From the stories here I doubt it, they will issue him a PC key and the Xbox key will also be active. Support has been a joke so far in this beta.

You should try that link he gave in the post above mine. Just click on it and do the "eligibility" thing. Take the code you have and put it in there, or just jumble up some letters and numbers so it's a different code, and ask them to send you a PC beta code. It's been working for everyone else.
If you get them to send you a PC code then you could PM me your XB1 code.

Email EA if you want a code and tell them about your struggles. It took them about two hours to send me the email.
I sent EA an email from the EA help page. I noted that I hadn't received a beta code and that I was tired of trying to jump through hoops on twitter. They then sent me the following email....

Got my the game preloaded to my Origin account, would have liked the XB1 version how ever.
I wonder if these type of MP games on PC will ever have Control Pad only servers
control pad only servers would be horrible. I dont know why people ever think that is a viable option. It would just divide up the community for no good reason and make it harder to get the right number of players and good connection. MP matchmaming shuld be based on ping/connection, that's it. Are you worried that someone without a contoller and you usig one might beat you? The game has a good amount of aim assist that can give those a fair shot without being overly OP.

Not for people who like to use a pad and thats all the server would be for, people who want to use a pad. It wouldn't have any effect on other users who want to use the traditional method of keyboard and mouse.
So i don't see how it would be horrible, im not afraid of someone with a pad besting me but the other way around, i like to sometime sit on my sofa with a pad and play pc games, if i wanted to have a relaxed game of titanfall with my pad then least id know im playing with other players who also are using just pads and be a balanced battlefield!
