Mine showed up after emailing them too!

Edit: I didn't have a XBO code, I just told them I was special and pretty and to give me a code damnit!

I emailed them last night and told them that I had gotten a xbone code and was looking for a PC one insted. Took about 8 hours but they just sent me an email and added it to my account on Origin. It happened at the same time I got into a chat session with a rep. Kinda funny that it all happened at once.
