Some game influence ive felt throughout playing...
-The opening scene, for training, starts out like the first halo
-Low level AI are called grunts(possible halo reference)
-The parkour training part gave me a mirrors edge vibe
-The melee animation for a human player is like killzones
-The voice talking you through training reminds me of the guy in the suit from half life
-The black girl talking to you during gameplay looks like the girl from half life
These arent bad things. The game does its own thing, on top of all that. Its a lot of fun.
The parkour system is a great addition, and makes it a fps platformer.
The mechs control nicely, and have a fun balance of attacks and abilities.
