Oh, it'll still take forever since Silph is one of the biggest dungeons in the series and it's flooded with Rockets, but it's also really nonlinear. Lots of precision stair-climbing and panel-touching to suffer through though.

putting sleep on it will do far more than knocking it down to 1/3 of its HP will
also there's no point knocking it all the way down to the red in gen 1 lol
