Got it down to 10 seconds by refreshing a lot and setting it to Source.

It seems lowering the quality actually makes it lag more.

Planning ahead. Gives us the most chances to relearn psychic if he doesn't evolve. We used and overwrote the psychic tm. Drowzee learns psychic at 32-ish. Hypno learns it at 37 if he doesn't know it already. If we wait to evolve we get 2 chances instead of 1. It's probably equal parts lag, trolls, and deliberate planning though.

Ok sorry guys but this is really my last question referring to the utc. So if I have a utc of 1min (which I have right now) does that mean that my commands show up 1min later or do I also see the things happening on the screen 1min later that they actually happen?

If he fails to learn it at 32, we have another chance at 37. And that doesn't understand comment was directed at the dood who said that it was the trolls who didn't want drowzee to evolve. Sry for being unspecific.

UTC basically shows the time for the streamer. Compare that to your own time. The difference is the time delay.

One thing it doesn't mention though is that Hypno can learn Psychic at level 37.
