Id be down with Ganon being playable. I think this design would work well with the color scheme and art style of the game,

Pig Ganon would rule. In a perfect world we'd have him, Bowser, Dedede and K.Rool all in Smash together.
Has there been any more rumour or even confirmation of more detailed costume changes for characters since the male Wii Fit Trainer? I feel like Daisy could just be a reskin of Peach but I don't know how hard that would be for them to do.
I hope such a thing does happen for the characters in general though. It would be nice to see Dr. Mario/(Luigi too now I guess) outfits, Louie from Pikmin maybe, female Pokemon trainer and other characters who are similar enough to not warrant the time involved in making a new character. Very likely won't happen to that extent though. I'm expecting the female Animal Crossing villager to be available though...that game has such a large female fanbase and is so focused on customisation that it would be a shame if she wasn't playable.

Yeah, it would make sense if it had the female version of male Villager's eyes.
Would be cool if each alt had different eyes but I doubt it.

If SSB4 winds up having another few dumb mechanics like tripping that annoys EVERYBODY than I'd welcome another wave of Smash 4 mods.

Who will be hidden newcomers? I know before I said Ridley but really that was silly, he'd by announced cause he's so hype. So what newcomers wood not be super hype? That doesn't mean bad or unwanted, just not the kind of character that needs to be revealed before hand. I'm thinking Waluigi and whoever the new Fire Emblem rep well be.

While I agree with your sentiment generally, I think at this point it's more about seniority rather than "correct depiction" (for the lack of a better term). That's why the movesets of the clones that made the cut from Melee to Brawl didn't get changed much. It was to conserve the basic idea of those characters' movesets.
At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if people who liked playing TL/YL, Falco or Ganon in one or both of the two games they are in would be upset about the moveset changing from the ground up. I can imagine Sakurai thinking that Ganondorf players would be sad about their most played character getting such significant changes.
Also, I disagree with only the SideB and Final Smash fitting him. I also think that DownB (Warlock Kick) and most (but not all) of the A-moves fit him.
