False Alarm. It's super shopped. Went to the timestamp on the stream and it's not there. In fact it wasn't even a Lapras at the the time but a Jynx.
edit: That's what I get for just laughing at and posting something my friend showed me.

It would be hilarious if we got to the new region, selected our new starter then found out he hacked level 5s of our old party into the PC.

If we play Crystal we could feasibly catch Suicine. It's unlikely but then so was Zapdos.
Imagine if we had a Jolteon. Eevee might have ended up the hero and we might never have bothered getting Zapdos.

I feel like this explains why Red ran off to life alone in a mountain after becoming champion.
Wanted to second/third/fourth that the "Quiet" image is lovely to see. Can't even begin to imagine how at peace Red must finally feel.

Suicine isn't a wandering Pokemon in Crystal. If they're doing Gold/Silver then it will be much more difficult to catch.
