Guys you can vote into anarchy while in democracy and then the democracy timer resets. This means in our trouble spots we have about 2-3 moves maximum maybe even less to accomplish a goal. Crud.

I strongly prefer this to the old constant and never-ending fight between anarchy/democracy. I actually suggested a 'flash vote' every so often.

However, it should be every 12hrs. Maybe every 3hrs at the minimum.
