Every start of the hour democracy activates, but you can vote anarchy in addition to inputs and as soon as it reaches the majority vote once, it's activated again.

Democracy automatically activates every hour. Anarchy is now a command that can be voted for during Democracy. If more people vote Anarchy than any other command, it will switch back to Anarchy and the timer will reset.

Nope on that. The timer only resets the moment democracy is enabled. It's every hour on the hour no matter how long or short of a time we spent in democracy.

Basically, its the end of the Anarchy/Democracy wars. No more cluttering the command input with it. Once we really, really hit a dead end that anarchy cant get past, democracy will probably be used.

No but let's be honest if we get trapped for multiple days in an area there will be more people spamming a command once we enter that mode then trying to get anarchy back on. Similarly start9 eventually stopped being as effective last time because the amount of people who wanted to get shit done was higher than the amount who cried " Only anarchy counts." This method ensures we're only ever using democracy when people have essentially given up on getting through a task.

Master Ball yo. With Gyarados ( assuming we are going after the shiny one ) we have to weaken it, make sure we dont kill it and then get lucky with the Pokeballs. Its not a gamble I would count on. But if you fancy the idea of catching a Magikarp and leveling that one...

Aeroblast Lugia made the game unfun, you just battered everything in your path into oblivion way too easy. Even as it was, Archangel Jesus was robbing the game of a lot of difficulty. Crystal is better because the best we are realistically going to do is Suicune - who is powerful, but no game-breaker.
