No You have to talk to the woman outside the gym to get fly. As far as I know, she doesn't automatically give it to you unless it if it's she chases after you if you try to leave the island which seems too convoluted to do that

Its better this way. Once it switches to democracy all it takes is one "vote" of anarchy for it to switch back. Which only takes like 2 minutes.

Once an hour we are forced into democracy, but we can immediately get out of it be spamming anarchy (like any other command).

Democracy can never happen more than once an hour.

You can vote out democracy. So far democracy lasted for about 30s each time.

Basically, democracy won't be happening again
