It's great that the rest of the team are getting exp, but they're so low level that they'll probably gain only level before fainting. Totodile will then carry them through the rest of th area until they reach a pokecenter because he's so ridiculously overlevelled.
It's going to take some serious luck or a miracle to get the other pokemon at any useful level.

I could never be on that team, Totodile is my baby xD but they should definitely move it out the top spot haha.
I hope so, I imagine the randomness of it all will eventually lead to something like that. Totodile will end up getting KO'd at some point too and by some miracle another one of the team will end up carrying them (fingers crossed...)

Even worse with the fact that if you want to change direction you have to hit that same direction twice consecutively. That takes 40 seconds, so dull.
But hey, maybe they'll evolve Totodile (Please, maybe, kinda dont)

So even less gets accomplished in democracy than before....oh boy, incoming 13 minute democratic wastes of time on a regular basis...
