Yeah, I'm worried about the price and I'm not the fondest of his face (mostly those lines under his eyes). The rest is fantastic though. I feel as if all AoT figures are going to be around or over 10k, so waiting for GSC probably won't do me any good (I'm predicting Shimikaze levels of ridiculousness for Mikasa and Eren). I'll probably just wait for him to be released in the west since Koto USA usually has way better shipping if you're patient.

GSC slander aside I think the 10k range will mostly effect the more elaborate ones like Koto's Eren, and as pathetic as it sounds considering the source, elaborate AOT sculpts will probably be the exception as opposed to the norm so there probably won't be a huge selection of rad but expensive figures to choose from anyway.

1/7, I think. But 25k for a scale figure is bullshit. He's still not sold out, and I doubt he will be befoe he releases. Combine that with mandatory EMS, and I see a considerable price drop in his future.

It includes Max Factory. I didn't even order that adorable Tsurugi figure that went up for sale last night because I don't know if I can swallow 9k for a 4.68" figure. Even if it is Max Factory (and completely adorable).

Koto isn't much better for their non bishoujo figures. Their 4 Leaves Ikaros is around 12k when the previous figure in that line was only 7k.

The Ikaros though, she's 1/6... So of course she's going to be a bit pricier. Daisy was 1/6 and wasn't much cheaper. One Koto piece I'll buy no matter the price - Lum Invader. She will be mine!

Height measurements aren't really fair for a seated figure I ordered from BiJ because 8.5K was palatable, but yeah the RRP isn't great. More than Mea in fact.

Still though, that's a far cry from Shimakaze costing more than Saber Bike and Insane BRS lol.

I know, I know. I'm actually pretty fond of seated figures now because they really help fill out shelves without obscuring anyone. But she still seems a bit pricy. I'll have to think about it a bit more.

Yep...same here I passed on it for now till I give it some more thought. It is adorable but I didn't expect that price.

I'll probably do the same, but either at the last minute, or wait to a month after and see if it ever goes down in price, go for sale on Mandarake , or goes for preowned.

In all honesty it started yesterday when something I thought was sixty bucks wound up free (car service). Then, I had some silver dollars that I got when I was a kid from the tooth fairy that I sold for $100 at the coin shop. Price of silver is insane. That left me 48 dollars away and my wife made me promise to cool it for awhile after this.

That was 3 silver dollars for 100 so I got some collectible value too. 1900, 1922, 1924. Still have 1898, 1900 and 1922 still. The 3 I sold were the worst ones also.
