List of every PS4 game announced for 2014 so far – 100+ and growing (PS blog)

Jesus. Between this list, PS+ on PS3 and Vita, and Diablo 3 PC. I don't see how I could possibly even have time to play the ones I'm interested in.

Impressive list and more than enough reasons to pick up a ps4 but I am curious how many of those tba 2014 games will be pushed to 2015...

The Division also listed for 2014.

Only because UBI is sticking to it coming out this year. The problem is that they've also said that they're going to release five major games during this year. We now know what those five games are, and The Division isn't one of them.

The Crew
Just Dance
Assassin's Creed Unity (PS4/Xbox One/PC)
Assassin's Creed (PS3/360/Wii U)
Watch_Dogs

Only 8 games from SCE (Including dead nation) in 2014, plus 3 SCE games in 2013 (KZ, Knack, Resogun), that's only 11 games. Is Sony really going to deliver 20 games first year?

I expect they have a fair few ports in development...I just hope Wipeout HD/Fury is one of them.

Didn't they also recently say that they had barely even started actually working on the game? All the work up until now had just been on the engine itself.

Right I dont see it happening.

It s going to be 2015 with them having Watchdogs and The Crew this year.

For roughly the next year this isn't a bad selection, as far as my taste is concerned (and this is even skipping on the TBA titles)

FEZ Polytron
inFAMOUS Second Son
Anomaly 2
Daylight
Octodad: Dadliest Catch
Trials Fusion
Watch_Dogs
Wolfenstein: The New Order
Destiny
Helldivers
Murdered
Sniper Elite 3
Race the Sun
Dragon Age: Inquisition
Evolve
The Witness
Hyper Light Drifter

I'm so happy Batman is next gen only, Ill be picking that up day one for sure. Hyper light drifter and Transition look great too, even if they are "only" indies.

The lack of Japanese games bugs me :(

Evil within (sort of) + hopefully guilty gear gets announced for this year, but you're right, Japanese devs have been really slow on the transition.

some good games in there, will buy

Not only that, but a lot of the ones I'm really excited about will likely fall in the $10-$15 range meaning I'm more likely to scoop'em all up.

AAA-wise, Destiny, The Oder, Evil Within, and Dragon Age have my undivided attention, but it's all of these "smaller" titles...

Child of Light
Daylight
Divekick: Addition Edition
Mercenary Kings
Octodad
The Swapper
Secret Ponchos
Galak-Z
Pavilion
Race the Sun
Hotline Miami 2
The Witness
Hyper Light Drifter
etc...

That have my money, day 1.

I wouldn't worry too much about that. Arkham Knight is under TBA but we already know it's coming out in October.

Same here. Didn't Konami supposedly have seven major games due out this year? I know PES, MGS: GZ, Castlevania are already out, but doesn't that leave another four?

I think Hyper Light Drifter will be a late 2014 early 2015 title

We will announce a more solid time-frame in the second half of the year, Graf.

Likely end of the year, first quarter 2015 on PS4/Vita

Thanks! End of the year/early 2015 is what we are targeting, Gorvi. Price will be determined closer to release as well, but it’ll hit the sweet spot.

Didn't they also recently say that they had barely even started actually working on the game? All the work up until now had just been on the engine itself.

I think that was the first rumor that it wasn't coming out this year, GameReactor posted an article where an unnamed source said that it was laughable that UBI even put out a 2014 date because they'd barely even started working on the actual game.

Since I am a Japanese game fan (I don't care much for western games other than racers) this is disappointing. Thankfully Japanese games are plentiful on PS3 now...guess it just might be a while.

You have Lily Bergamo coming from SUDA and FF15, and KH3 will be years away.

Japanese games off the top of my head...
Knack
Lily Bergamo
Final Fantasy 15
Kingdom Hearts 3
Natural Doctrine
Wonder Flick

That's all I can think of.

What the hell is going on with Mad Max? Avalanche has been completely silent since October or so and the game was planned for early 2014.

Nice list. Only thing that I'm praying is that Divekick doesn't take a PS+ slot. The rest of the indies look fine for that!

that list reminds me of a NES games list, most of them are like "WTF that?!"
I sure hope things improve, I love indies but it looks like they're the only fuckers making games this gen.

Yeah but indie games are not games. I only buy consoles for 60 million dollar blockbusters that result in studio closures when they sell 4 million copies.
After you cut out indie games, games I can get on other platforms and games that I don't have any interest in, there's not much left. It's going to be a rough year for Sony.
