Are the Miis going to have their default look are can you use your customized ones?
You can fault Other M for a lot of things, but Samus's power suit design is not one of them. Especially in Smash 4. It's sleek and beautiful.

Naturally you'd be able to customize them (or use your own Mii's). That's one of the key aspects they have after all.
Yeah, but the only way Isaac isn't going to be in the April direct and Mii instead is if a new Golden Sun is coming out later in the year
This Golden Sun binge I'm currently on is making me too hopeful
Had multiple large arguments with a friend on the definition of each of these terms' definitions. Both of ours were completely different.dont confuse me with you nerds, I am a geek.

Samus in Other M looks like a weightless action figure with a suit that looks more like it's for style than any sort of practicality. The design has no weight to it, unlike her designs in literally every other Metroid ever, but with special accolades given to the Prime series. Granted, Smash 4 makes it look better, but I still would have vastly preferred it to be... well, literally any other design. Especially since the other Metroid characters that are likely to be in, ZSS and Ridley, have far worse designs in Other M...You can fault Other M for a lot of things, but Samus's power suit design is not one of them. If it looked EXACTLY like that drawing, I would give it a pass. But it won't. It will look like this:
The only acceptable design for PacMan in Smash would be this:
Just rip him right from the original games like Game and Watch.

I don't understand the hate for Pac-Man's modern design. Outside of images where he has teeth for some reason, he just has a distinctive, fun design. And he has a ton of fun little nods to his older designs, too, which is nice.

At least most of her designs actually resemble armor and look like something that could feasibly protect you from violent alien attacks, though.Let me stop you right there C. Olimar, cause you brought up practicality for samus' suit. NONE OF SAMUS' SUITS WERE EVER PRACTICAL, ABSOLUTELY NONE OF THEM

GematsuSal Romano said:Last week, Gematsu was tipped off about Nintendo’s E3 character reveals for Super Smash Bros. But since we were unable to confirm the validity of our source, we refrained from posting the information. Of the six characters we were told would be revealed, three have been confirmed: Mega Man, Animal Crossing Villager, and Wii Fit Trainer. The three left remaining are Little Mac, Pac-Man, and your Mii.

The Fusion Suit isn't supposed to look like it can ward off enemy attacks - that was sort of the point. It's a significantly weaker power suit for plot purposes. Other M's suit is supposed to be the same suit she's always worn in every game sans that and Zero Mission.Really, even the Fusion suit?
Which makes sense, but doesn't change that I dislike it for being so, ahem, sleek. Samus is an intimidating presence with a full suit of armor, and despite that she's incredibly acrobatic and powerful, moving faster than most video game characters do without such armor. Slimming down her suit diminishes that. Even in the context of Other M, I imagine that those acrobatic kills would have been that much more impressive if they had been done with her bulkier armor from every other Metroid game.I think her, other m was supposed to look sleek, which adds to her acrobatic kills in the game.

C.Olimar is right, Other M's suit design is garbage. Looks like a cheap plastic action figure. Fits the terrible art direction of the game in question though.
What the artists of Smash have managed to do with it is nothing short of miraculous, but it would have been better had the design not been used period.
There are no shortage of problems within Other M.I thought other m ZSS was the problem.

Samus should ditch the body armor but keep her helmet. Zero suit + helmet = Metroid: Other Zero.

That would ruin the Mom/Baby theme of the game though. What exactly is a Moz? Unless...
Moz + Her = Mother.
Mother + Brain = Mother Brain
That's not really fair, I've disliked the design of the suit since Other M was first revealed, back when I was actually looking forward to the game. I've always considered it cheap looking. No see, the suit in SSB4 is from Other M and must be bad by default because of that.
Yup. Phazon Suit being a close second.still the best suit

MOZ is about the space dragon mutant clone of Mozart that terrorizes the Galactic Union of Composers with deadly symphonies. As well as that Mother Brain dealy you mentioned.
Then you also have this in the Pokemon games:
Moltres
Zapdos
Articuno
Could Mozart still be alive? How deep does this conspiracy go?

But dogs are technically wolves. All of them are referred to by their species name, and not one of their species is "Dog."
Not even wolves are technically dogs.
Ewww no, it worked for game and watch because he had so many different forms and attacks. Definitely wouldn't work for Pac-Man.The only acceptable design for PacMan in Smash would be this:

I hate the design of the suit, doesn't have anything to do with Other M.No see, the suit in SSB4 is from Other M and must be bad by default because of that.
