It may not look outstanding for a PS4 game but it doesn't look bad either. But even judging by these shots it looks better than Dark Souls 2 in my opinion.

Looking at those screenshots, I get just as much of a Dark Souls vibe as a Demon's Souls vibe.
It could very well be a spiritual successor to both those games anyway. I think that probably makes a little more sense as well.

Well, you can't deny the kind of explosion/meltdown the KH3 reveal caused at the last E3. Companies loves that kind of surprised; this could have been one like that for Sony.

Why should it be way different? Sony owns the Demon's Souls IP and it's being co-developed by Japan Studio. It's not going multiplatform. Just buy a PS4.

I dunno, but it just looks like a PS3 game to me. That dog creature and the main character's clothing just doesn't have that current gen look to them. Maybe I shouldn't make a judgment from some blurry screens though.

I'll only buy a PS4 if it's way different than Demon's/Dark Souls, otherwise I'll just stick to those games.
Because I'm not gonna buy a $450 console to play what is (if it is Demon Souls 2) essentially the same game as Dark Souls. That's what the point of my post was, for me to throw down on a console it's gotta be a very different experience.

Hard to say from the bad screen caps but these games have been really bad on consoles. PS4 release of this could fix that.
Think about it, 1080P, 60FPS (most likely) and better textures with some AA or whatever. Shit would be amazing. Just look at Dark Souls 2 on consoles vs PC. Console versions of Souls have been kinda bad sans the awesome gameplay of course.

I think Souls will have to be in the title unless it's a brand new IP. I feel like it'll be in the series.
1. I'm surprised you can even tell with such low res compressed images
2. FROM are hardly known for pushing hardware even when they have a ton of power at their fingertips ( see their ability at developing on PC ) so i doubt anyone is expect naught dog level visuals here.
