I sucked six dicks to get this tag.
Used the webstore, said Not Available For Purchase.
Think I may have played the 1hour trial of GOW before when we got a free 30days of plus after the outage so that may be the problem.
Looks I'm missing out on this freebie.

GoW Collection Vita shows up as Free to me as well. 
I got the PS3 version through the glitch last year.

GoW Vita bug is not working for me, it says that I already have the HD collection and the button is gray (tried this on the webstore). On the Vita itself the "buy" option doesn't even show.
(I just got the trial, didn't bought the game before nor tried the demo before).

Ok do you have both the GOW1 & 2 trials in your download list. If yes then the vita version should be free.

GoW collection show unavailable to me. it says I already purchased the GoW 1 and 2, no mention of the trial.
Also if I check purchase history it show 3 entries for GoW Vita with no expiration date.

Nevermind, I forgot to buy GoW II, after I did that it worked. Finally I will play GoW, now I only need space.

Do you have to actually download the whole game or will just Download - Cancelling still work?
AFAIK adding it to download list should work unless sony does something. But the have never done something like this ever.

we used to get trolled like that on LBP all the time, where as soon as you'd publish something you've been working on for months that was worlds beyond the "shark bomb justin beiber survival mortal kombat robot" stuff that got spammed everyday, it'd get rated 1 star immediately, and drop it's average to 3, preventing it from ever getting a 5 star rating again

I am thrilled that GOW is cross-buy. I really thought that wouldn't happen. Unfortunately I only have an 8GB card and the game requires at least 15GB. I was actually, through PS+, able to buy GOW 1 and GOW 2 separately on PS3 in 2011. I never understood why you could only buy the games (same with GOW: Origins Collection) separately on PS+. I bet if they allowed them to be separate downloads on Vita, I'd be able to get at least one of them installed rather than none. But I can't complain. I just got a free game!
Its 3 gb. That is the size of ps3 version.

So basically long as you haven't played either of the 60minute trials of GOW1 or 2 before you can get this for free but if you played a trial before and it expires and becomes unavailable then no freebie today and you won't be able to buy the Vita version I guess until the you download/play the other trial and make it expire.
Oh well I'm shit out of luck on GOW but I wonder can I do the same thing with Sly4 right now since it's crossbuy and has a trial and Sly collection when that comes out(assuming sony doesn't patch it)

lol nevermind. I had only got the full game trial of the first game and not the HD Collection..downloaded the timed trial for god of war 2 and now i was able to get the Vita version. Thanks.

PS3 version is 15 gigs. Vita is around 3 gigs.

Huh. You're right. The web store is wrong. When you click on "God of War: Collection PS Vita" it says File Size 15.5GB. I wonder if that was the file size for the PS3 version and they failed to fix it.
Edit- I guess since the PSN Store update is not technically out, they are still editing the GOW Vita section. Now it allows you to "Choose a Version," which does nothing as of yet. This wasn't an option for me a few minutes ago.

Ooh. I have all three as well! If GOW was cross-buy (and converted by Sanzaru games), then I'd imagine the same will be done with Sly (Sanzaru did the Sly Collection on PS3 and Sly 4 on PS3/Vita).

Unfortunately not. There is no process for this. Calling tech support is fruitless, they will just recommend you make a new account and start of over. Most of us gave up on this long ago.

Seems like this week is all about the GOW collection, and Borderlands2, but anyone remotely interested, or on the fence about Persona4:Golden should definitely pick it up while it is still on sale (only 2 days left - according to Eu store).
Yeah, after starting P4G without much interest, I'm liking it. Never played a Persona game before, but I like the relaxed pace so far. Voice acting is top class, and that intro is possibly the most vibrant thing I've seen on the Vita. Only about 5 hours in, and nothing mind-blowingly amazing has happened as yet, (in fact, I think the game only properly started now
) but I am still enjoying it. I just love the whole vibe of this game. It's, uh..."pleasant".
