I'm glad to see Insomniac doing what they do well, and putting themselves out there more than they did with Fuse.

I think system sellers are a finished thing. This is one of those games you would add on a check list for why you should purchase a particular console.

I wasn't able to watch the video before it was removed but from the gifs the world looks gorgeous. I don't yet own an Xbox One but with this game and the eventual Halo 2 remake most likely coming this year I don't think I'll be able to hold out for too much longer.

You're making huge assumptions here. In case you were wondering, I have stated many times that my buying point is $250 for an Xbox One. I'd suggest you move on instead of making huge assumptions like that with no basis. I'd definitely pick this up when I get an Xbox One, afterall I've picked up almost all of Insomniac's previous games.

The Good:

- It looks fun
- The colors do match the initial reveal, which I was concerned about a couple days ago
- We can expect some funny weapon upgrades given this is Insomniac
- It doesn't look like Fuse
- Traversal looking good

The Bad:

- Animations look weird and floaty
- The AI looks really bad but it does look like a pretty simple game
- No confirmation of native 1080p or 60fps, which is weird, considering 1. it's Insomniac and 2. it's technically not that impressive

Overall, seems solid. Won't sell me an Xbox One but it looks good.

But oh man, if this runs at 60 FPS (would gladly sacrifice 1080p for it anyday) the Xbone Im picking up probably around Christmas will actually be having more than just KI and Halp on it, which is always good.

I don't have a sub for that thread, and even if I did, I don't see how comparing apples to oranges proves your point. One's a side-scroller that doesn't require nearly as much movement/action as the other.

I feel that this game isn't reaching its true potential without being on PS4. It is obvious that Insomniac had to cut down on features, design and graphicss to make this work on the Xbox One. It is sub-HD yet they can't even get it to run at 60fps? M$ stay losing.

What have you been smoking? The game looks gorgeous with colors, action and fun popping off all over the place. It looks like Ratchet and Clank and inFAMOUS, but with an entirely unique spin and setting. I never imagined it would end up looking so hot.

I agree. I wish people would stop saying this "system seller" term. Technically every game is a system seller. Some games are a big reason to buy a system, and some are smaller parts of the pie. For example, fighting games, character action, JRPG, and sports fans are probably more likely to buy a system for a certain game.

This thread is getting pretty salty.

It happens and will continue to happen in every new IP exclusive thread.

A bunch of quick 100% judgments and nitpicking, others interested in the game will question their comments (sometimes trying to force them to like the game), and random console war/port begging comments.
