I've been playing Demon Gaze nonstop for the past two days, really enjoying it. I love the speed of the battles and the levelling/party system, I did my standard "play like 5 hours, realize I suck, and restart to not mess up" deal, and my second playthrough everything felt different and fresh cause I picked different classes. Made me realized I enjoy first person grid dungeon crawlers, something really satisfying about filling out the entire map. Even the story is passable. It does have fanservice, but it is pretty ignorable, never bothered me.

Is the discount for Growlanser only up for a few more hours? I am planning to get the two DLCs of Muramasa but I only want to load 10$(via amazon) to the PSN. I am preparing for Monster Monpiece for the 27th so I can't overspend that much.

Ones I bought were these. They are indistinguishable from my other PS3 game cases. Between that and coverproject my few used PS3 games look as though I bought them brand new when on my shelf.

Yeah, I'm prettysure it was announced as the 28th. This is the 3rd time the date's changed for Australia (first it was the 7th, then the 14th, then the 21st and now finally the 28th) at least now with a definite European release I know it'll come out on that date.

They probably wont release the stuff that comes with it like the Japanese voice pack individually either. I was really interested in Drakengard 3 but the price is horrible, if you're going to do a digital-only release for a niche game at least give it a decent price.
I am so thankful I finally got around to getting a US account with my PS4, it's so great not having to pay extra when places like Steam charge you the US price for games.

Personally, liking the game, combat's pretty quick if you plan it right, visually a pretty nice looking game and the characters arent that bad(decent voice acting) thus far i.e. 10 hours in. Only problem, the game is pretty linear, you cant explore much other than towns or dungeons. Besides that, each character in your party has an item limit of 12.

Yeah, I think there's parity across the EU regions it's the fact that it's 5 USD cheaper in the NA PSN.

The music is half the game, imo. It really adds so much. My gf, who doesn't game often, played & loved Tearaway, but she had the volume down to next to nothing almost the whole time! I bugged her about it, and she eventually turned it up...but still...all those perfectly timed moments... ;_;

Regarding Strider for PS3 -
Frost made a lot of very valid points about Metroidvania games, and how Strider doesn't do much of makes those games good in the first place. I believe it was in the April thread. It was quite the write up. But, it was well thought out and provided some good intel on it. If you can find it, read it, but I am at work so alls I can do is bring attention to it.
For the week I borrowed my friend's PS4 to confirm that I wanted one, I played almost exclusively with sound through the DS4 headphone port using my running earbuds, and I thought the sound was excellent (my girlfriend is rotating through surgery and goes to sleet at ~8 PM to wake up at 4, and I live in a studio so I need to be quiet). In my opinion, it is totally passable if you want to play games quietly, and in some ways was better than my TV sound quality.
Also, you're making me want to order my PS4 early with all this talk about it! But no, I must hold firm and wait until after finals! Added bonus, my finals end 6/13, right after E3, so if there is any big news that would make me want to wait to get one at least I'll know about it...

Vita question: is there a way to refresh all the live area screens at once? Sometimes I go on a patch hunt and just start hitting that refresh button on a bunch of stuff to see if there's any updates. Now that I have a 64GB card and a load of games that method is becoming a bit cumbersome to say the least.
Still unbelieveable how addicted I have become to Project Diva, there hasn't been more than 2 days in a row where I haven't at least played one or 2 songs.
I'm now well over 150 hours with pdf and 2nd combined but I'm still not good enough for
10-star songs on extreme, have been trying gekishou and 2D dream fever and just can't get over the 70% gap, but I keep trying and trying... I'm still finding fun in failure xD

I am lazy. I have my Pulse Elite USB reciever plugged in to my PS3 all the time. When I want to use them with the PS4...I just plug them in to the controller...
...and they sound great! Mic and all. Love 'em. Love that feature. Love PS4. Love Vita = Love LIFE.
