The weird thing is that either Chrom won't be revealed at E3, there are three Fire Emblem characters unlockable from the start, or Sakurai has been carelessly revealing unlockable characters for sure.

Ah, thanks, didn't recognize it like that. I thought the fish showed some similarity with the fish in the Brawl Ice Climbers' stage.

Jeez the brawl models were so lifeless. But I guess we'll saying that again when Smash 5 comes out in like 10 years.

For this game, Ike's design is based on the hero that appears in Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn. His sword deals heavy damage in Smash Bros., so this design suits him very well! Rest assured, he can use Aether as well.

The second one is a load of hooey.
I'm glad Ike's back, another character supposed to be cut is in. RosalinaX's leak is even less credible now. Cue the people thinking this means Chrom isn't in.

Not so much for Brawl since it introduced a system where hitstun is cancellable after a 1/5th of a second.
He needs a buff more than anything tho lol.
That's true, though s/he said 4 cuts, most people I heard were expecting Squirtle, Ivysaur and two between Snake, Ike and Lucas. The percentage of people thinking he'd be back was only 50 something in the roster prediction thread after all, wasn't it?
Popo and Nana wouldn't count as two cuts, would they? Considering transformations have been removed, perhaps having the Ice Climbers team is too much for the 3DS to handle.
