Never got random pausing, but I do experience slowed down downloading. It starts off fast, stabilizes to what you'd expect, then it goes into Dial-Up+. I have to pause and resume to fix it...

Yep every time it goes into sleep mode it's pausing now.
Guess I get to either sit up an extra hour so I can babysit this download until it's finished or I won't be able to play my game until an hour or two of being awake tomorrow.

My workaround for this is to go to the gallery and set some pics to run a slide show, which stops it going into sleep mode.

I just shut it off and turned it on and it seemed to fix it. Still have about 70 minutes to go but hopefully it can hold it together and finish so I can play Dynasty Warriors 8 when I wake up 
I just go and buy some SP when ever I hit a boss. 5 or 6 bosses before I got to the next old document though? SHEESH. That was terrible. Glad it's over

Lol Infamous being heavily rumoured for ages is most likely his "gut feeling". I doubt we'll get any titles of that calibre, in honesty. Killzone Mercenary was, in my eyes, the showcase of potential that was never realised.

I live in Japan and my main PSN account is Japanese. It was depressing having it during the PS3 days because of the horrible deals and I thought things would get better during the PS4 days, but alas, it's the same old shit. Mainly anime crap games and almost nothing free for the PSN Plus.
I have a US account but I don't live in the US nor have anyone who lives there, but the US store is, by far, the one with the content I like the most. Do you guys think it's feasible to live in another country and use the US account as the main to play online and whatnot? I'd have my PSN Plus bought there (probably buying prepaid cards online or trying to use my credit card though it might not work).
I assume most online games and whatnot will put me with people closest to where I am (Japanese players in this case) and I'm fine with that. I just want to have access to the US store rather than the terrible JP stuff.
Just so you get an idea, right now on the JP store there's no Destiny content at all (the game isn't even registered), Transistor isn't available either, and Trials Fusion is the NEW! stuff, but only the demo is available and not the full game :S There are like 5 or 6 anime games taking lots of main spots and all of them are terrible games. It's pretty depressing and feels like I'm on a different 'world' apart from the US and Europe
So yeah, does anyone else here use an account that isn't the one from where he lives? Is it a chore or it can be managed? Any downsides?

Infamous just released a couple days ago here and Watch_Dogs is releasing in a month from now. I... don't know why you kept that using a JP account for the entirety of your PS3 days.
I am in Asia elsewhere but I use a JP account as my main. Heck, our country don't even have our own PSN despite being "recognized" by Sony.
Some states in the US have tax, others don't.
I kept using the JP account because I was a student back when the PS3 released and didn't have a credit card so I couldn't even buy US prepaid cards. I got my first credit card quite recently so until then it was always a chore getting something from the US.
Also my JP account uses my nickname, whereas the US account is kinda stupid (xMik21x) so that was another reason for staying here. But seeing how most of my games will be imported from the US anyway, I was thinking about just going full and having a main US account.
Either that, or just keep my US account to buy all my DLC stuff :/ (which is what I did during the PS3 days)

There were never rumors of an inFamous 1 port, just disgruntled people posting that in this thread.
The inFamous rumor came hand in hand with a Ratchet & Clank Vita release from Famousmortimer. Everything is pointing to Ratchet & Clank being another (sure to be trash tier) port, so why would inFamous be any different?

It's done by the team behind Persona (which means it is automatically awesome
), graphics are quite good and puzzles are really well done. This is what the game is about:- Instead of the usual high school setting on Persona games, the main character and its friends are in the thirties. You have a bunch of friends, each with their own problems (I didn't feel as attached as to Persona 4 characters because I'm 21 years old XD) and a girlfriend that is quite serious (marriage and stuff), so you feel overwhelmed. The problem comes when you meet and bang a hot girl.
- There is a "moral barometer" that changes as you do some stuff (answering some questions and text messages). Your character will answer differently depending where you are and that bar.
- Imagine a Persona game with puzzles instead of dungeons. There are three different moments in the game: day-time cutscenes, bar-time (you hang out with friends, talk with people that is drinking there, answer texts messages both Catherine and Katherine send...) and "dungeon time".
- During the latter you have to go through the puzzles, which consists on climbing throw a tower made of blocks you can move. It's easy to grasp the basics, but it gets quite complex as you play.
- Between the levels you go to some weird kind of church. In the bar you talk with some people and they share their problems with you. If you choose the right answers, you'll see them as sheeps. If you fail, they'll disapear in the next "dungeon time". If you answer correctly during your full playthrough you'll save them. It's like Social Link, but the penalty if your answers are wrong is worse (they die :O)
I played it thanks to PS+ and I really liked it. The game doesn't really have as much NSFW (naughty) stuff as it seems at first. I played through most of it with my father in the livingroom and he never gave me a weird glance (at least I didn't notice it lol).

I'm from Asia and use a US account for my Vita. It's quite alright but I guess it's because local retailer sell US prepaid cards along with SGD and HKD cards.
All that and you never told him what it's was about lol. Good details of the game's mechanics though, except for the Persona comparisons.

yeap I changed from my Singapore (Asia) PSN account to my US PSN account too.
I did it so that I could enjoy PS+ (deals and free games) on my Vita

So is there a way to manually upload latest saves of games to the cloud storage? Or make sure it uploads every hour or so? My local Transistor save file got corrupted yesterday and the last cloud save was from a few days ago, pretty annoying.
