i did that with MGS 2 in the vita first weekend i bought it. But im amazed with FF XHD becouse despite the awkward dialogue and robotic conversations , still a very good game with a nice story and all. And i love Riku!
Have you seen it too? It's quite curious how little the MC talks lol. I guess they wanted to keep the game esence in that aspect.
But the animation is really, really great. Miles above the original Persona 4 series. And Yukari's design in the film is miles better than the character potrait in the game. She looks a lot better there.
It's nice how they're adding original stuff for further interaction between the party characters and all that.

I dont care much for framerates in single player games but it was reasonably solid in GoW 1. Those cutscenes tho. Yikes. I'm finding it tough to go through the second game. I had only ever played Chains of Olympus which I thought was solid. I find myself wishing I was playing Spartan: Total Warrior. Anyone on the fence, please wait for a sale.
I'm looking forward to a port for Rachet and Clank but I'm going to wait for the reviews and the brave souls from Vita gaf. I'm in Taiwan for the minute. Psn is shockingly sparce. No Ys, Fez, Limited PSone + PSP classics selection.
I look forward to seeing Vita gafs E3 reactions.

Im buying this collection this week , never played the original games , is GoW 2 good or bad in terms of playability? Take into account that i have the infamous Jak n Daxter collection and despite de horrible frame rate the game still enjoyable for me. i didnt finish it but im almost there i understand jak 2 and 3 are really unplayable. i didnt try them yet thou.

GOW2 is more playable than GOW1. It still has slowdown from time to time but waaay more stable than GOW1 which is weird since GOW2 has waay more effects and just looks alot better in general.
Wondering if anyone can help me, PSN on my PS4 seems to have problem displaying certain game pictures, and my own profile pic in the news feed. Anywhere it should have my profile picture it has the dark grey circle with a line though it, and where the game picture should be is just the generic controller pic. Everyone else's profile pic/game pictures seem to be coming through ok, except for some random trophy pictures.
Anyone got any ideas?

I got the 64GB card for $95 CAD. If I buy the 32GB card locally it's $79 before tax, so this was a deal IMO.
I never thought trying to get a Platinum for Kingdom Hearts 1.5 would be this stressful. Trying to get this items for synthesis and doing the gummi missions make me want to chuck my PS3 out the window. After I platinum Final Mix, I don't think I'm going to play KH1 for a long time.

I had fun with Kirby. I can't recommend mind zero since I never played it. I thought it looked really cool before everyone started saying it was actually pretty bad.

My god, I fucking hate the Dragon on Boletaria 1-2. He is just screwing people throwing his fire. When you need to return to the entrace each time you die, having to avoid him is hateful.
I don't care if an enemy kills me. That's fine, my fault, I should have roll / use the shield / managed my stamina better. But when its fire kills me, even if it's my fault, it really pisses me off

Ahh thanks for reminding me that this was possible! I recently bought MGS 1 on PS3 after seeing it wasn't on the vita store, and after playing for an hour on PS3 really wished I had it on vita. You reminded me that it was possible, and now I can actually play this. Hopefully the controls map well, I have no memory of what L2/L3 and R2/R3 did in MGS 1.

I reviewed Demon Gaze and got the platinum in it a couple weeks back.
But that's one for Kirby so far.
MGS didn't use L3 or R3 at all, I don't believe. L2 and R2 were involved in switching equipped items and weapons.
Oh yea, I guess that was partially a pretty dumb question as didn't MGS come out before the PS1 controllers even had analog sticks or L3/R3 buttons? Thanks for the heads up!
Here is what I use. L2 & R2 on L & R button and L1 & R1 on bottom corner of touch screens like MGS Collection. Works flawlessly.
Resogun if you're a loner. Dead Nation if you're looking to co-op.
Don't get Mind Zero. Haven't seen a single positive impression on that game.

I recommend mapping l2 and r2 to the front touchscreen. The game pauses when you use them to pick inventory, so it isn't as awkward as it could be. L3 and r3 don't do anything, thank god.
I meant full retail games, not digital indie titles. Sorry if my choice of words wasn't clear. I also only own a Vita so I don't pay as much attention to the PS3/PS4 release prices. But either way, word is out about Mind Zero so it doesn't bode well.
My money is on Killzone or Knack
They're trying to get as many sales as possible at a discounted price because they know that the game will get bad reviews.

I think they'll make KZ mutiplayer F2P before adding the game to the IGC. And add the campaign as a free PS+ offering. Just like they did with Uncharted.

20 hour trial of Battlefield 4 is kinda crazy. You could beat the single player and still get a decent amount of multiplayer in.
How does it stack up to Virtue's Last Reward? That's like my favourite interactive-fictiony game ever.
Phoenix Wright is cool and all, but I think I prefer a bit more puzzle solving and exploration versus pointing out tiny inconsistencies in testimony.
Plus I felt the writing was far superior (or at least the English translation was). PW has the clown shoes on firmly, and I like that kind of humor, but VLR's storytelling was on a whole other level.

I'm going to get a 64gb card eventually. Just need to get a good estimate of how much space all the PS+ stuff I have will take up. I have about 5000 MB of space left on my 16gb card after buying Dynasty Warriors 8 the other day. Got a few plane rides coming up shortly so I may load up my card with things to play from my PS+ stash.
