I don't like that WFT has been sitting out, because it really doesn't give Sakurai any relevant fight data, or us any real idea of what she can do in a scrap. I think she's OP, but Milktea just sits back so we won't know til we get a hold of the game.

I doubt they are gathering too much data from these fights. You have to remember they don't know these characters. Especially someone new like WFT.

Well, she's pretty damn good at evading, so camping near the outskirts of a stage as WFT makes sense, IMHO. Doesn't mean it's fun to watch or anything, but what'cha gonna do, eh.

Which is why I wish someone like Hbox got her, because then we would see her get put in actual situations atleast. Milktea style isn't really aggressive enough to gauge any kind of competency other than a grasp of self preservation.
