I'm at 156 on my Warlock.
 
I've played a few games in which the whole team hit terrible lag during missions. It's very strange. All the players can operate without issue, but it's the enemies that have trouble.

For instance, the spider-tank and all his little bombs will just freeze mid-air. When the three of us gathered enough courage, we walked right up to it, navigating around the floating buzzing bombs and smacking the tank right in the face. Felt like all time had stopped for NPCs.
In another instance, all the bipeds (forget what they're called) stopped moving like they couldnt see us. Calmly walked right up to them and beat them down. They just took it.

Then there was that giant floating eye thing. It didnt attack. Every now and then it would change positions. When it appeared over the ground, I walked right up to within feet of the eye and shotgunned it point blank. It was still taking damage. All of the other enemies in the area just putted around clueless. The players were still operating without issue.

Also still wondering about clans.

A list of online clan-members in-game or something. But besides the little title next to my name, I see nothing. What is the point? How do I make use of it?

Practically, I wanted an easy way to find random folks to join the games that do not give a matchmaking option, but allows more players. I don't see why it can't have matchmaking options for all modes. That just means I will play alone. I just want to play with randoms.

3rd try no success :(. This is the first day I haven't been able to get to a tower without many players. I've even sat there and waited a few minutes in case more people show up :(.
 
Do alpha participants get automatic access to later alphas and beta?

I heard that this alpha was ending tonight. I didn't even get to launch the game, I downloaded it remotely because I have been away for the past few days.
 
Maybe we should make some sort of thread for DestinyGaf specifically? Or would that be akin to that PSN thread?

Anyway, mine is MrDresden and I'll be up later.

I think beta is reserved for pre-order
 
On a quasi-related note: is it possible to preorder twice and get the beta on two different platforms? I wanna give it a try on the PS4 and the XB1.

also empty tower...just tried to close the application and reopen...nothing...
