I haven't seen that, but everyone knows that Suarez has an attitude problem, so players know that they have to pester him through the game to get those reactions.
In the qualifications, in the match between Chile and Uruguay, Jara grabbed Suarez by the balls, and he hit him in return, which resulted in a red card. Unfair? sure, but every player in the world knows that you have to pester Suarez and he will do stuff like this.
