Hunters have Tardis Purses; Confirmed.
Once the game launches, we'll be able to create clans within DestinyGAF. If there's PS3 players then sure there can be a PS3 Clan.

Only played Warlock in the Alpha. Planning in only doing hunter for the Beta. Pretty cool that is an option. Gives me time to get to the know the classes well.
Obviously one can't objectively argue subjective tastes, so I'll begrudgingly acknowledge your stance (<3). And I think whether something is considered upscale/gastro or low end doesn't factor into what can be delicious (and I realize you didn't state this, just merely elaborating based on your wordings' possible implication). After all, some of the tastiest burgers can be found at the most generic of greasy diners in the middle of no where. My point was that the mindshare In-N-Out burger garnered is something I don't understand. Since it is literally the go to spot to take out-of-towners for those living in SoCal (much like Five Guys is for those living in Seattle). A decent burger chain with a confusingly disproportionate high approval rating.

In any case, I'm still buying it on PS4 and I have no problem to double dip for PC's release.

Hadn't heard this rumor, but even if it was 100% true, I'm playing this on PS4 in September for sure.
I believe there was a thread about people finding the PC release date in the Steam database on this forum, and thus the rumored March 2015 release date. But I'll do a search (I'm bad at this) and edit in the link if I find it.
Edit: Okay so a few searches on here didn't result in anything, which is odd since I thought I read it here. Google search did yield rumor results (again referencing people finding it via looking at the Steam database) but nothing on neogaf. What's more odd is that I wasn't searching for Destiny anywhere, so if I read it, it would have been on this site (I thought). But yeah there is that rumor floating around, and most of them seem to reference a site I've not heard of called "Gamepur" from about 5 days ago.

It was linked in this very thread. Sometimes the Gaf Search function misses stuff for unknown reasons.
In any case, finding files in the Steam Database doesn't really carry much weight as evidence. If I'm not mistaken there were FFVII files in the steam database for years before the game finally did come to the platform.

Lol. Yeah I even did a few different Google searches for this site trying to find it. Thank you for the verification. Thought I was crazy for a second since, as I said, I wasn't searching for Destiny at all. I've only been researching mic options for consoles the past for days on Google (in regards to anything that could have resulted in anything Destiny related). But yeah there you have it.

Yeah, I'm not sure I captured the "Titan" feel. The sword on the back is probably going to go too.
However, it is of interest to note that, since I based the general look of the sprite off of the Bungie Retro shirt, there are swords on the backs of the Titan and Hunter. Potential swords in Destiny? Doubt it, but with the popularity of the Energy Sword in Halo who knows?

Is interesting that one of the quotes in that IGN article basically rules out proximity chat. i prefer it this way for the coop stuff, but it kinda sucks not being able to communicate with teammates in crucible. but as deej said, that just invites a whole lot of malice and garbage in lobbies and after 10 years of that its gotten really old.

Hmm, I've never seen that before. If you don't like how the D-pad normally is, I guess this would be fine. But the D-pad in Destiny only does emotes. The tops of the sticks look grippy enough that your thumbs wouldn't slip off during an intense fire fight. I was fine with my controller during the Alpha, so I personally wouldn't get this.

the two paddles on the back is the X and O buttons. So you wont have to take your thumbs off the analogs to hit those two buttons as you can use your index or middle finger to press down anywhere on the paddles to activate that buttons function.
The disc thing on the D-pad, its like a disc that attaches on the D pad so I guess your finger can slide across the disc to press the buttons.
and I just like the dome analogs of the PS3 more than the concave of the xbox.
Also the controller has military grade grip on the back of the controller.
Nah man, no thanks. I'll stick to my vanilla DS4 thanks.

Not entirely sure how I feel about that. Would definitely have to hold it in my hands before I made any final judgment. The d pad is really what's making me wondering how it will be. I think it matters what game you are playing for it to be useful. Destiny probably not so much.
