Yes, shotgunning the first release to the second (whether they be expansions or considered something else, I'm not sure). Would make the most sense to me from a standpoint of fitting a PC port into a development schedule without punting it something like a decade.
e: Digging into the Bungie-Activision contract again to refresh my memory of the terms, the hypothetical would be something like this:
- Destiny I (PS3, PS4, X360, Xbone; September 2014)
- Comet I (PS3, PS4, X360, Xbone; September 2015~)
- Destiny I/Comet I (PC; September 2015~, probably packed together at full price)
- Destiny II (PS3, PS4, X360, Xbone, PC; tentative fall 2016?)
I hope and pray that they drop last gen consoles for Destiny 2
