Don't be a sucker.

The letter is bullshit. He's there because it's the easiest route to championships, and secondly, the best PR move.

Make no mistake, he's there to win NOW. They're going for the Kyrie/LeBron/Love super team.

I KNEW IT
I fucking knew it. Gimme the damn Sharpie!

yeah, fuck those people for partaking in a form of entertainment and enjoying themselves.

I shouldn't have said what I said; I didn't realize the offense I would ignite here. I'm truly sorry and I apologize as sincerely as I can. I didn't mean to come off as an ass or de-rail the thread. I just worry about Cleveland's future, and this is something that concerns me. I misinterpreted the thread to be more about Cleveland rather than a sports thread. I'm very sorry.

He is moving back to Cleveland because that team has potential and the current Heat wasn't heading anywhere in the future. If the Cavs land the rumored Kevin Love deal it would be

Kyrie, Love , Lebron

potential easy ass ride to the finals yet again and a better chance to beat the West too

I don't buy that letter emotional nonsense one bit. It's just PR team doing the work..as they should

oh and listening to that Heat radio station mentioned earlier in this thread..one guy can barely talk lol

That guy has me rolling! Man, he can't even read the fucking ads. Trying to read that milk ad and I almost started to feel bad for the dude.

At least ESPN can go back to being semi-normal in a few days. Watching that channel for the past week was both hilarious and terrible at the same time.

HEAT have not been irrelevant since Pat took control. We haven't always been great, but this is one of the top franchises in the sport, even before LeBron. We'll be alright. LeBron helped push the Heat to the top of the sports heap down here. PEACE.

Top franchises in the sport before lebron? Lol

You fucking retired Jordan's jersey. I dont wanna hear it.

Good thing I didn't burn his jerseys.

I've always been a fan... Hated "The decision", and hated the Heat.
But, there's no denying his talent.

From what I am seeing on my feed, Heat fans are taking it pretty well. Lots of thanks, etc.

And of course the front office message has been better according to a tweet I saw.
We're not Cleveland. We understood from the moment he came to Miami that we we're fortunate to have him. He did is right by winning 2 rings and competing for 2 more. Good luck to him, but I hope Riley can rebuild the team into one capable of knocking Bron out of the playoffs each year. No hate, just appreciation and a hope we can replace his greatness sooner rather than later. I mean, really. We've had it better than anyone else on the NBA. How spoiled would we be to start hating now? PEACE.

I never understood why people pop into threads to announce that they don't care about the thread topic. Fuck off.

Agreed, it's pretty stupid.

Whoops didn't see this. All is forgiven bro.

Just had to get my pece in this thread. Not even legit shook because this is what I expected was gonna happen. I am pretty damn excited to see what James can do with a couple of up and comers, considering he went to the finals with basically no one the last time he was in Cleveland.

It's about time something good happened for Cleveland sports. Maybe this will offset Johnny Manziel and whatever else he gets into during his time there.

From Cleveland area.

Could NOT care less.

Cleveland is on the rebound and I don't think that relying on a single person returning home is a great way to keep the momentum going. Much more important issues are at stake. God I hate sports.

I'm from Cleveland too and I give a million fucks..

Everybody I went to school with does, my family does, former co-workers...

Right now the feeling is like winning a championship and when you're from Cleveland u learn to celebrate the victories u do get cause there isn't much else to celebrate in the area

But since u love sports I see why u said something about a sport topic

Stuff like this I've been putting on ignore. Just because you don't know anything about the team prior to LeBron doesn't mean the fans don't. PEACE.

haha yeah "brought to you by..ahem..McDonald 1 dollar, ahem...damn man this is getting to me, deal"

This Bill Livingston guy on ESPN wouldn't give up Wiggins for Love..really?

I wouldn't either. Wiggins can guard the other teams best perimeter scorer. LeBron can take a back seat to him defensively and Kyrie offensively, which is a huge benefit for a player with so many miles. The Cavs needed defensive help last year, not offensive, so Wiggins is invaluable.

Under Drew is gonna die a happy man.

You know the rest of the fanbase is going to be extra salty about "not 5, not 6 not 7".

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeesssssssssssssssssssssssss

So happy he's going back to Cleveland :D

It's going to be very exciting seeing the Cavs next year. The seasoned champ Lebron helping these youngsters out will be really fun to watch.

pimp pls

I'm happy for Lebron going back home. It's a cool story and he seems genuinely happy about it. Gets his money and comes back to a better team than what he left, presumably. Good for him.

Though as a Spurs fan, I wasn't worried either way.

Lebron and the Big 3 was the single best thing to happen to Miami sports in my lifetime. I'm glad to have witnessed it. I'll always appreciate what Lebron did for us, and I can't fault him for wanting to go home. Time to move on. I'll always be a Lebron fan, he's the greatest player in the world, and a class act off the court. But I'm a Heat fan for life. Good luck to you Lebron.

PEACE.

Do they really plan on playing Wiggins at the 2 now or will they look to trade him? I noticed he wasn't mentioned in Lebron's essay.
