She has a distinctly different fighting style. She holds her sword in two hands for instance. I am outraged.

Her in battle animations were identical to Marth's in Awakening. Only in the CG tournament battle she used Chrom's style.

Robin is basically a custom player avatar, like Animal Crossing's Villager. Although he/she also has a big backstory and plot relevance, so it gets kind of odd at times. I'm surprised they went with Robin, rather than just "Avatar".

Robin was the gender-neutral name given to the protagonist before you deleted and put in your own. It's something easy to not realize or figure out, similar to how Link is never officially named. Robin also goes by Avatar, or My Unit throughout various medias, so yeah.

I miss the old stoic stylings that somehow were preserved in their Melee introduction.

Seems to me that Lucina is probably just a fancy Marth skin. She has all of his animations and everything in the trailer. Guess we'll see what the official site has to say? If I can get it to load that is...
