Lucina is not al alt, she is a separate character, though she might be a clone.

At least Lucina fighting like Marth makes some game-related sense, unlike Ganodorf being a Falcon clone.

So, what is Lucina? Is she a Marth alt-skin, or a completely "new" clone?

Given all of the custom moveset stuff, if they don't allow for custom specials in tournaments it'd be kind of interesting if Marth kept his usual stuff, Lucina had slightly different speed / weight / hitboxes / hurtboxes and her specials were Marth Alt-Special 1, Marth Alt-Special 3, etc.

I'm so happy about Robin and Lucina being a thing. Female Robin was the FE:A character I wanted to see the most so I'm definitely very interested in trying her out. I love Lucina and Marth is one of my Smash mains so since she appears to be a Marth clone I'm sure I'll be playing as her alot.

Shulk was on the Gematsu leaker's list and I believe that Monolith Soft retweeted the fact that there was a trailer on the Smash site today, so that fueled the fire.
