The system where just deploying units on the same map granted support points was fairly painless as well.

You are involved with a mercenary army thing, You could get shot in the fucking face. Tomorrow , she could wake up and the Mongols could be stabbing her right in her face. You got peeps from all backgrounds in your crew, and all the other options probe this point specifically. if she is so down to earth, and reasonable, why the fuck hasn't she come to this conclusion earlier. Why did it take me, robin, player character trying getting in her armor for her to get this. Trunks, came though the time warp, from a nothing future with doc brown and the dolorean to punch a dragon in the dick, just so her future could not suck shit. And you talkin bout money?

The netcode thing could go either way really. Isn't Namco's fighter netcode generally pretty okay? That combined with a Nintendo who actually pays attention to online play these days could mean it might actually be decent this time. Although I suppose good netcode for something like SSB would be harder than say Tekken or SC because you've got a lot more things to game track of in any given match.

The For Fun/Glory distinction being there means they're at least thinking about the online experience, I suppose!

Just for me personally? Hehe here we go
1. Mewtwo - I miss him. Always catch him (when available) in the Pokemon games just because he's so cool. Has always been one of my favorites since I was little

2. King Hippo - Love the Punch-Out!! Series, and he's probably the number 2 most recognizable character from it. Fighting him in Punch-Out is always such a blast and I would love to see some more big characters join the battle. The idea of a bigger but slower little mac kind of character sounds really cool!

I'd like it if the Inklings somehow get in as DLC but it just seems so unlikely.
If there is DLC in Smash, I don't think we'll get any more characters past the first few months after the Wii U version is out.
It just seems more likely that they'll wait and see how Splatoon does and decide on if they get in the next Smash game. Save more newcomers for the next game.
That's just how I see it.

Rool, Hawlucha, Mach Rider, Bomberman, Sami, Marina Liteyears, Hades, N, Jody Summers, & Knuckles all seem less likely by the day, and Samurai Goroh & Dillon have already been deconfirmed as assist trophies!

Captain Syrup: I still think she would make a very interesting character with a wide variety of material to work with including enemies from her gang. For example, she can have a similar move to Brawl's King DDD where she throws a minion onto the stage. Imo, I can see Syrup ending up as more of a cunning trickster where she sets up certain traps or fights more indirectly like in some of her battles with Wario. In a perfect world, she would be revealed with her newest pirate ship, The Sweet Stuff, as a stage.

Ridley: I still am intrigued about his potential playstyle. Metroid could use another rep and he would undoubtedly be a unique addition to the roster.

This is how I feel about Lucina and Palutena. Their faces don't have any animation. They just hang there, they look really bad. Maybe it's a work in progress, I could imagine maybe that kind of thing would be done last, but right now this is not at all what I would expect from a game that looks as good as it does.

Going by Palutena still having the same face from the reveal in Lucina's pic, I think Sakurai is content with her character model.

You kinda lost me at the DBZ analogy and dragon dick punching.

But yes, Anna's money thing is a big eccentricity, because everyone has their gimmick in FEA. At least Anna's support with the male avatar takes a somewhat different tack than many of the others and is more about a somewhat more sober rationalization of that position (that you can obviously and apparently agree or disagree with, and what I mean when I say down to earth and reasonable) and going by her A-Rank, obviously a position that she takes in stride.

Regardless, she's a very consistently reasonable and helpful (and intelligent) character (just see here) contrary to what you're claiming.
