Go to Bungie.net and log in with your PSN credentials. You should have an option for Codes under your profile. Then from there you select which format you want to play on and it should hopefully give you a list of 3 codes for you and two of your friends to use. Then you enter those codes either on the code redemption option on the PSN Store or thru the webstore on your computer. Then you download the client and start it up and you will have a large download before you begin, but it'll be worth it.

I'm at work as well. The download you can start remotely is for a download client for actual game. The client's footprint is really small. I'm still going have to launch it and download the monster when I get home later today. Good excuse to head out to the gym for an hour or so... so I can come home and melt into my couch playing this into the early morning
They were in the alpha and even at lvl 8 with the most powerful weapons, and a coordinated group attack, you couldn't make a dent. I'm curious to know what the fight will be like if the level cap is much higher now. 5GB to go. I might have to run to work first though. PEACE.

I would not get my hopes up for them fixing that for the final vesion/
As "one of those guys" that wasn't a big fan of the sixaxis, I must say that the little time I've put into this beta with the PS4 has been pleasantly surprising. Outside of melee being mapped to wrong button, controlling destiny was like slipping on an old glove, nice and comfy.

Played for an hour. Do my eyes deceive me or does the beta actually look better over the alpha? I mean new build and all but it just does look..well better.
I was surprised by the fact we actually get to see and play what appears to be the actual start of the game and tutorial. Noticed the Aim Assist isn't as strong as it was in the alpha too.
Dinkalage's voice does sound a lot better but Bungie you guys should of just embraced the "Wizard/Moon" line now given the t-shirt and all rather than just cut it out entirely. =/

If you were lucky, yeah. Otherwise it would just keep throwing you into the empty Tower over and over, until they patched it on their end.

Yeah i'm not too worried for the final product. It's just hard on the eyes to see it stutter so much.
I think it looks a bit better than the alpha aswell, slightly.
I still can't believe they didn't hand out those codes earlier. This download is killing me. Just 20% done.

STEP 1. REDEEM CODE HERE: www.bungie.net/beta
STEP 2: Enter the 9 digit code. IF you have a 12 digit code then it belongs on PSN and not here.
STEP 3: Go to your Bungie Profile here: www.bungie.net/en/profile
STEP 4: Click on "Codes" (Third tab on top).
STEP 5: Choose your console and your region. BE VERY SELECTIVE AS YOU CANNOT REDO IT.

A. TTP stated: "Go to Noifications > Downloads. There should be a Destiny Beta notification with an error symbol. Delete that. Go to Library. You should now be able to download the beta".
Q. I've tried everything and nothing is working. Help!
A. Restart the console and log back in. Try for 10 minutes. If it doesn't work, Restart and repeat. It'll eventually work after the 10th or the 100th or the 200th try. Server sucks so bare with it. Be upset if you like but be patient.
Q. I'm on Xbox. Does any of this apply to me?
A. Redeeming 9 digit code applies to you!

A. Access your downloads list and try remote download. Go here: https://store.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com/#!/en-us/download/list and try remotely downloading to your PS4. A lot of users were successful with this. You still have to launch the game and download the 10GB update. Good luck!

I assume this means even though my PS4 at hom eis in standby mode I can't DL till I get home.

Yeah I saw some alpha/beta cuts over on Kotaku of Dinklage and I also wish they had kept the "wizard" line. Maybe they took it out to see what the knock-on would be? If people received the change well or rather "yeah, that auto-tune is cool, but keep the cheesy lines kthx!". We still might get the line in the retail version.
I believe only the Crucible is required for ps+... someone correct me if I'm wrong.

The beta codes were available on Bungie's website with a single click.
The PS Store opened on the first try.
The code worked, initiating the download.
The initial download took less than 5 minutes.
Now I'm in the client "transferring game content", which I assume is the last step.
I can now head back to work and hopefully come back to a good-to-go game. I am impressed and honestly thought I would be fighting to get in for over a day. Have to admit I'm a bit hyped.
