Yes. They also fixed the weird frameskip that happened, and added FF and rewind to the directional button.
What? Did they finally fix it?
TOTP: Buy Growlanser: Wayfarer of Time (PSP/Vita), on sale for $5.
Yes. They also fixed the weird frameskip that happened, and added FF and rewind to the directional button.
Not that bad, really. There is all sorts of performance issues on the PS3 version as well. Piece of advice, the physical version have way less stuttering than the digital version.

When in doubt, I always go for the Vita version. It's been working out well so far.Akiba's Trip for ps4 will be localized too (coming this holiday season).
Still getting the Vita version, I think.
Edit: and crap, I was expecting the vita version to come out on 08/05! Not cool.
Really? How does that occur?
I thought physical vs. digital on Vita didn't matter in that regard.

I don't know how, but it's true. I have the S1E1 digital, and was pretty bad. Since then I bought the S1 Complete physical, and it was better. I actually compared the first five minutes and the cart advantage was clear.
Hmm I might keep an eye out for S2 on cart then.
Haven't decided whether I'm going Vita or PS4 for it yet.

Season 2 plays better than Season 1 did, though it has a few graphical issues here and there that aren't slowdown/frame rate related.
I played the trial of S2E1, and it still had that annoying 'pause'/load after every choice thing.
Looked visually better than S1 though.
I agree with this. I played season 1 on Xbox 360 and Vita and the stuttering/slowdown around making choices is just how the game is across both of those platforms. There are a few scenes on Vita in which I had trouble registering my touch commands due to additional slowdown, but it was pretty minor in comparison to my console experience. There's a pause after the choices, but it's miniscule in comparison to the first season and is likely a product of loading the scene and not frame dropping as there's nothing there to play until you make a choice and it loads it.
That's how games with choices generally go down, even on PC.
Are anyone else's downloads going totally fucking slow tonight? Downloading the Destiny update and new Now TV app at 60kb/s at the moment. Speed test on PS4 and otherwise are absolutely normal.
No. No it is not. I want the time back that I wasted on it. I ain't even asking for the launch-day price I paid. It's certainly worth $5, not great but fun.
Siliconera confirmed PB Battlegrounds will cost $11.99, and Kurisu DLC is $5.99. Isn't that cheaper on live? The vita tax rises again.
It's about the same price as the Japanese version. ¥1296 for the game, ¥648 for Kurisu.Siliconera confirmed PB Battlegrounds will cost $11.99, and Kurisu DLC is $5.99. Isn't that cheaper on live? The vita tax rises again.

Guys, is there any Diablo / Torchlight clone on the Vita/PSP? I mean a loot based ARPG. I'm wanting one for quite a while, and even though about buying Borderlands 2, but I'm still on the fence on that because of the performance issues.
dungeon hunter alliance and silent hill: book of memories are the closest you're going to get
speaking of borderlands 2 - anyone want to play with me on ps3? i'm level 12 gunzerker. have never played MP, been solo so far. but everyone says this game is much better co-op

Thanks, just saw the reviews for both of them and...sigh, I guess I'll pass on that. So many indie games and not a single ARPG, c'mon indies!
So around $15 in Aus. That's about what I expected so I don't mind much, though being higher than the original price sucks.Siliconera confirmed PB Battlegrounds will cost $11.99, and Kurisu DLC is $5.99. Isn't that cheaper on live? The vita tax rises again.

We had a summer sale?
Ok Vitacats, want some advice on what to buy from the sale - I have 11 bucks to spend, am thinking either
1. Persona + P2:IS
2. Growlanser + Crimson gem saga
3. Hohokum (probably not, there will probably be sales down the road and I can wait)
or are any of the other atlus rpgs good?

Am i the only one to think that IGN made this video(and others each month in the future) because the 150 upcoming Vita games thread gave them the material? :\
