That figure is pointless, you have to compare difference between the points earned per game with Webb and the points earned per game without him. Additionally, as can be seen in the table, he referees more high profile games than low profile ones, so the difference for a lot of those teams (and I suspect, even the higher profile teams) is unlikely to be statistically significant enough to say anything either way.
