My team for the CS:

-------------Sanogo
Ox---------Rosicky-----Alexis
-------Ramsey--Flamini
Gibbs---Kos--Chambo---Debuchy.
-------------Szczesny

I believe in Yaya Sanogo.

Bench: Ospina, Miquel, Giroud, Campbell, Arteta, Monreal, Wilshere

Hopefully Zabo loves us more after this signing. I know how much he loves Cuadrado. His hair is going to get opposing fans pissed off at him. Similar to Chicha's face.

YES
I didn't want him before cos he looks annoying. But now I am all for it. His back up will be Rafael aswell. So good.

Feels a bit dirty taking Legia's place. They made Celtic look like amateurs, they deserve the play off spot.

Celtic will probably lose that game too.

Did Yurt have sex with Bieber?!

Orlando and Beiber were fighting over Yurt.

Beiber won.

What's happened?

So PSG have pulled out from the Di Maria negotiations.

Now see Di Maria end up in Paris come August 31 anyway. And Falcao to Madrid.

Just got promoted to the premier league via the playoffs in the championship winning 5-4 on penalties in the final :|

never been so happy

These are the words of President Della Valle on the future of the exterior of Colombia: "I asked Cuadrado to stay, I'm not optimistic."

Loan to Blackpool FC[edit]
On August 8th 2014, in a somewhat surprising move Blackpool agreed a loan deal with his club for a period of 12 months. Cuadrado was quoted as saying "I wanted to ply my trade in England, and in order to get myself accustomed to the climate, I thought I could be a success in Blackpool".

Poor Blackpool.

FC Bayern English ‏@FCBayernEN
Done deal! @PReina25 has just signed a contract: "I came here as I want to win as many trophies as possible." More to follow shortly...

Sad to see Reina retire at 32

How many signings of the sort of calibre that United need happen on deadline day?

Can't think of multiple that have happened on the one day.

None.

I'm getting to the point where I don't think we are gonna sign the players we need.

Just players that are better than players we should be selling.

Reina to Bayern official.

I'm not even that sad about it. Form dropped massively and he behaved poorly towards the end of his time here. Still a great keeper in his day, and I wish him the best all the same.

Think that only leaves Johnson now to get off the wage bill. QPR pls.

This looks like a still from an action movie.

I really hope this will be Jovetic's year. Fully fit during the pre-season, showing form, seems to have added some muscles too.

The sad thing is that he's almost expected to be a backup forever to Aguero. Pellegrini seems to always want either Dzeko or Negredo on the pitch, and obviously Aguero will play. I wish he would've sold either Dzeko or Negredo and invested in another attacking midfielder who could also play on the wings.

I could see Lopes taking Milner's place next year if he doesn't renew (otherwise Navas), with maybe someone similar to Isco being bought and probably Negredo being sold (if Dzeko sign a new contract now). One less striker and another attacking midfielder.

It's insane when he plays Yaya as supporting striker with Aguero and benches Negredo, Jovetic and Dzeko. Insane.

Reina just wants to chill and bang German sloots. Not a bad life. edit: didnt know he was married. guess he will just chill and drink beer. Still pretty great.

Somewhere in Poland, a secretary is getting absolutely battered

Strange to think that as soon as clubs lose a match, they must scour the other team's squad list and cross-reference it with their past squad lists, signings and suspensions, all while keeping an eye on the small-print of UEFA's rules and regulations, looking fo anything that could get the result overturned

So Schneiderlin is pulling the "I'm not mentally ready to play" stunt now.

I can't remember the last time a player cared that much about joining Spurs. Normally it's our players giving that excuse.

Just caught up on the Wenger discussion.

Does anyone in this thread not criticize Wenger?

I mean I may defend him more than most, but I pretty much blame all our injury problems on him and his lack of rotation.

And jtb, posters say Wenger knows better than you because you make declarative sentences about players and think everything is black or white.

Wenger isn't faultless. He has made plenty of bad decisions. Some of them repeatedly. But I still trust his judgement over yours. Not because I think you are dumb, but because it's impossible for any of us to know better than him. If you were there every day watching the players I might trust your judgement a bit more.

People like Shanks have a inflated few of how big Arsenal once were. Granted, I did not watch before Wenger's time, but I never got the impression that we were close to United, even when we were beating them. And now with oil clubs it's a totally different story. Money is the most important thing. That is what decides how big you are.

15m for Vermaelen? Wenger knows.

Looks like Vermaelen it's close to be done. Zubi pls.

Any Arse-GAF to tell what are his pros and cons?

I'm just happy they are going to sign a defender.

Seeing who Reina has gone to, I'm not so sad about him leaving

Absolutely stunning lack of ambition. Napoli would have bought him if he'd lowered his wage demands, if the fee was £4m or less.

We're quickly approaching the point where Sevilla could easily turn around and say to us 'we have no time to get a Moreno replacement now cos you spent too long haggling, he's not for sale'

Yeah I think the whole "in Wenger we trust" has dissipated somewhat among the fanbase.

That's not to say he isn't an incredible manager, because he is, but his flaws have come under more scrutiny in recent years. I'm so very hopeful about our remaining years with him because of the change in transfer policy due to greater financial liquidity.

Martin Blackburn @SunMartinB · 34m
Offer from Zenit for Garcia is 15 million euros + 1m euros in add ons. (= £12m + £800k approx). Not far off what #mcfc want.

Holy shit so it's real, he's been the quickest all summer to get MCFC confirmation about stuff. I can't believe City are getting that much for him. Zenit have been chasing Sandro but apparently (?) they want at least £20m for him, this is a bit cheaper at least.

This basically means City has another £20m to spend on players if they want without breaking FFP, but it seems like Pellegrini is satisfied.

£50m for Luiz
£15m for Vermaelen
£15m for Garcia

Stunning. Tempted to put Hames in there as well, but I can't pretend to have watched enough of the Portuguese or French leagues to do it
