As a PS4 owner, a MS exclusive Tomb Raider is genuinely a good move by MS.

No game would make me get two consoles this gen, but well played. I reckon six month exclusive clause, release on Xbone October 2015 / PS4 around March 2016

Dude I doubt Tomb Raider will be a long exclusive. the Wording used was very specific. It comes out Holiday 2015 three months later it'll be on PS4 and PC IMO.
