There's no real policy on dibs; it's all based on who completes their transaction first, and that's dependent on the buyer and seller.

Edit: Saw your Dualshock 4 bit... yeah, I doubt he'll be letting go a DS4 for $18 shipped. I'm just after the DS3.

I was joking about dibs because it's an obvious funny mistake. He has had it since 2011 so yeah definitely not a DS4

Edit: Now that I think of it, what kind of barbaric thread doesn't respect dibs. This omission could very well spell the end of the line for NeoGaf 😳😉😜 LoLz
