Here's the thing I don't get about Chorus Men/Kids/Glee Club...

Didn't Sakurai mention in early development that the limitations of the 3DS might make it difficult to have '2 as 1' characters like Ice Climbers? Why press your luck with a '3 as 1' character?

I still can't get over the ridiculous order of the CSS. It doesn't even make a lick of sense.

It seems like there'd be a lot easier and better way to organize the characters than that weird upside pyramid with Yoshi in the middle of nowhere and random clones down at the bottom.

And no Mii button or anything. Not even a prompt "Press R For Miis" or whatever.

I still think if this is real, maybe the person doesn't quite have everyone unlocked.

Ya'know I'm just reaching here, and I was calling this fake the moment I saw Bowser Jr. Another Mario character, really?

Then I realized Bowser Jr. was kind of a big part of NSMB. What if Rosalina = meant to represent Galaxy while Bowser Jr in Clown Car = meant to represent NSMB? Rosalina's win theme is music from Galaxy anyway.

1. Sakurai never said Ice Climbers, that was added in by an IGN editor.
2. Since the wording was ambiguous, he just as likely meant transforming movesets, since they were two (or three) in one characters.

Their heads aren't the same size, the noses are completely different, Mac's eyes are wider, the mouths aren't the same... they're in the same pose but there's not really much else in common at all. I think anyone who uses this as proof against the leak is really stretching.

Leak might be fake but I'm positive this isn't the source of the Shulk render.

Aside from Chorus Men, having DLC characters who are just characters who were already part of the roster in the past doesn't sound like much incentive for people to pay up. I would purchase regardless just to have the complete roster, but I'd be more inclined to pay for completely new characters.

I really like the way someone earlier put it (sorry I don't want to dig through the massive amount of posts recently). The Wii U version would have those 5 characters in it to keep the hype going for the Wii U version and if you link the 3DS and Wii U version you unlock them in the 3DS version.

Seriously, its so obvious that its real it isn't funny and yet everyone is all like "No way Dr. Mario and Dark Pit would get a slot." "No way this character would get cut." "No way DK wouldn't get a newcomer when KI has three characters and FE gets four.

Popular characters like Mewtwo were cut before, other characters can be cut again. And IC are much more complex than Rosalina, they might not have worked on 3DS.

And KI and FE have much better newcomer potential than DK ever dared. Granted, it should've been Medusa or Hades on the KI front, but I guess Sakurai wanted a quick clone and Dark Pit despite what people say, is a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CHARACTER from Pit.

Obvious character alts like Dr. Mario getting a slot, Ice Climbers not in the released game, and Mewtwo's not even DLC???

That Mac picture was clearly used as the baseline for the head/facial design with the photoshop. It makes it a lot easier to match lighting if you do stuff like that, I'm pretty sure the Klonoa art posted earlier did the same thing with some other character bits.

Their eyes, nose, mouth, and jawline are basically 90% shared with some minor changes (Shulk's eyes are altered but you can still see where they were originally Mac's).

It's over yall, the dream is dead.
