Every code Sony has given to 90%+ of outlets for the past two months or so hasn't activated until Sunday. In other words, we received the code days ago, but couldn't play until today.

Netflix doesn't require that you're logged into PSN.

Like I said, I'm logged into PSN. Just tried, and I can access the store just fine on the PS3. I haven't turned the PS4 on, as I don't use it for Netflix, and I rarily play on weekends.

So this only affects ps4? I've been on PSN on my ps3 all day. I just went to play Last of Us remastered and it won't even launch.

To be clear I can log in on the ps4 but nothing will launch...it can't verify the license.

If your PS4 is set to the primary console, it shouldn't have to. Try going to settings-network and unchecking 'connect to the internet' - that at least let me boot FIFA on PS4 (otherwise it was just hanging on the loading screen)
