I say this knowing full and well that Capcom could very easily push Nintendo off the top if it dug into its vault versus what Nintendo likes pimping out in recent times. The gloves go off and Nintendo goes full Super Saiyan if it goes into its vault however.

Sega has some great stuff themselves, but it's not on Nintendo or Capcom's level.

if we're talking crossover game rosters, i'd say that capcom is, by far, the one who goes for the deepest cuts

in tatsunoko vs capcom (UAS), there were 13 capcom characters, and they despite that small number, they decided to add a character from some quiz game/dating sim that nobody's ever heard of (which i think is really cool)

I'd take Marvel vs. Capcom, Resident Evil, Devil May Cry, Street Fighter, Mega Man, Monster Hunter, Final Fight, Ghosts'n Goblins, Dino Crisis, Okami, Viewtiful Joe, and so on over practically any Sega IP.
