Getting it to you a little early is kinda their thing so I'd be confident. I'd have ordered it from them myself but I needed to do some trade ins to afford it so I had to go with Gamestop here in Ireland.

It just looks so messy IMO
I mean, I realize it all works perfectly and it's a similar level of attention to detail that we've seen in the past for the character select but... I just really, really hate the clone corner.
Still not a fan of Yoshi cutting into the Mario reps either, but at least he belongs there.
I'll just say I've never done too well in long distance relationships, but I won't stop you from going deeper into this

I liked Other M. It's seriously not as bad as people here make it out to be. I was expecting an abomination once I started playing, but I had fun with it.

Yeah, I could see that happening since I did posted similar but not exact same concept. I mentioned that Chorus Kid, Ice Climbers, Duck Hunt and ROB were supposedly to be in a row with Single Representatives.
I could see that roster happening but we don't know for sure if they would be DLC characters or they were cut at last minutes.
Yeah, I still think it looks dumb, but at least it makes more sense than I thought it did. There's really no defending the "clone corner," though.
Honestly the gameplay was fine for a one-off, but I just can't look past what they did to Samus.

There's still a chance they've adjusted character order on that final unlock screen between the time it was sent to the ESRB and release. That was clearly not a final build, since some trophies didn't even have descriptions.
I think people freaking out about 'character roster order' stuff might want to just wait until the japanese release when we actually see the finalized roster layout.

I could also record matches where I'm not competing in by self destructing at the start of the match. I might even be able to use the spectator mode depending on how it's set up.If you happen to be going against Makai, you will be having your matches recorded. Makai will be having his capture card ready for this tournament.

Sadly yes, but that was years in the making. I remember being pissed that Samus was taking order from someone back when I first played Fusion. The last part of Zero Mission just added more fuel to the fire.
At this point in time, a Japanese developer should never touch Metroid ever again.
The latest Japanese trailers kind of implies that it hasn't changed, at least with the early roster.
TBH, that's the main reason I'm holding out some hope for more characters. I wanna whip that thing into shape.

Other M isn't really all that bad. But I do admit I've only truly enjoyed the 2d games, wasn't the hugest fan of prime(prime isn't a bad series, I just don't care for it much). but yea, other m is a decent game when it comes to gameplay. its the story and cutscenes that are annoying. They're just sooooooo boring, it starts and you just want to skip it and get back to the actual game. at least from my experience; I haven't completed the game myself but I think its pretty decent, so far I'd give it a 6.5/10
As I've said before, I found the base gameplay mechanics tolerable after remapping the controls to an actual gamepad and enabling the manual speed booster and 3rd person missile firing codes via Dolphin, but the level design is so restrictive, linear and bland that it hardly manages to redeem the whole package. And that's before going into its omnipresent narrative, aural and artistic transgressions.

And ugh.....Dr. Mario being on there still hurts. Wish he was a skin. More than anything, it just makes the roster seem sloppy rather than being angry that a "slot is taken up"
Dr. Mario would be pretty cool if he wasn't a clone. A moveset involving the viruses sounds awesome to me.
My unlikely dream scenario is that the 3DS version gets two DLC packs/time release unlocks (this is Namco) in the next few months.
- September 13 - Japanese release of 3DS version
- Partners Pack (October) - Chorus Kids & Ice Climbers (with Rhythm Heaven stage, filling in the last empty spot on the stage select screen)
- Wild Beasts Pack (November) - Mewtwo & Wolf
- November/December - release of Wii U version

Dixie is literally the only character left that I feel is missing.I would never expect anything, but I really would like to see this whole thing just put to rest.

I guess, that there will be DLC characters at the release of the Wii U Version. The best way to hype a Smash game is to announce new characters.Without some new characters and new mysteries, this will be a very tame release.
The order is important for one thing: why isn't Shulk on the list with the other single-rep characters? He could finish the fifth row and give the design more balance. There have to be DLC characters or other hidden ones to complete at least this row. I bet my money on free DLC-Character with the release of SSB4WiiU.

Man, I like Mr. Sandman and I probably sound like a broken record, but he always seemed like his attacks were designed (at least in the Wii game) to be a more intense version of Little Mac's basic type of punches! Like Mac, Sandman is no-nonsense. Anyone from Punch-Out!! has to have some nonsense.

Do to the lawsuit from Pixar can't they not do anything with uniracers still.
Which is why he'd be a perfect choice for a clone character, accompanied by a unique newcomer. Unfortunately, I doubt Punch-Out will have attained the requisite prominence in the 6/7 years we'll be waiting for SSB5.

That's why I want him the most actually. As a boxer myself I'd like some representation (Mac doesn't deliver with his sloppy boxing!), and Mr. Sandman is perfect to adopt Mike Tyson's orthodox style. Similarly Don Flamenco could serve as an outboxer that's primarily a counter puncher.
I wouldn't mind any Punch Out character so long as they aren't a Little Mac clone (though if we get Glass Joe as a joke clone then that'd be brilliant) or lame-o Hippo.
