Man, I hope Ness is higher, because I personally found Lucas to be worse in almost every way. Even his up smash everyone seemed to love was just so slow and easy to punish. Oh well, he's still great as a character. I'll be bummed if he truly is cut.

Too bad the Fierce Deity in Smash will be severely underpowered. And will be unable to use his 2 handed Great Sword since Link is stuck with a shield.

Beat Classic mode on 9 intensity with every starting character, with only one stock, and without continuing. If you continue with anyone you have to start over again.

Just gonna derail a bit and say that I finally beat xenoblade... and holy shit that's the craziest JRPG i've played in a long long time. What a story, what an ending. Totally worthy of smash bros. I'm glad shulk's in, because it means more people will play this game.
Can't wait to see what they have in store for X next year.

I would think it would be something like "beat Smash Run and Classic with Marth"
If that's the case, than I was close. You had to beat Classic with every starting character to unlock Marth in Melee.

That would be pretty sick but I would imagine they'd do something like trophies if anything, like the trophy of Olimar you got in Melee for having a Pikmin save file on the memory card.
