I hadn't actually seen it until now. It looks a lot better than what I expected, though it remains to be seen if it'll survive contact with the Wii U model.

I really hope that DLC characters, if there are any, are free. It would feel wrong to have veterans like Ice Climbers and Snake removed from the game and then put back for a fee.

It's purple so it's no where close to Dark Pit, so it's still high likely that Dark Pit could be playable character.

Technically none, since Link in Smash just represents Links in general. His design is closest to Twilight Princess's.
Though if you are querying about Fierce Deity design posted in the screenshot above, the source of that is Majora's Mask.
Majora's Mask. It is known as Fierce Deity Link. When you collect all the masks in Majora's Mask, you are given the Fierce Deity mask, which transforms you into a badass that shoots sword beams. You can actually only use it during boss battles and by the time you get it you've already beaten all of the bosses except the final one, so most people really only use it once for the epic final battle. It is also known as "Oni Link" given way to millions of cheesy usernames.
