DID THEY DECREASE THROW KNOCKBACK?? Mario's Dthrow has such low BKB (base knockback) holy crap.

It seems like it. I didn't play Mario in any of the E3 builds, but his down throw sends them NOWHERE, as you can see in the video. Downthrow to up smash works at low percents, or down throw to many up tilts.

Pikachu can do f throw to up smash at low percents.

Pikachu has like ZERO lag after his throws.

So I just did up throw into thunder and it killed Megaman at like 90%.

You can do the thunder SO FAST after the upthrow. It's crazy.
