Wait, hold on, Styles' stream just said the jab lock only goes up to 3 hits. I just saw it happen on-stream and Pikachu jabbed Mega Man during the "bounce" like in the vid I posted and he was forced to get up after the third jab.
So... it's no longer a "lock", just a small amount of free % if someone misses a tech rather than getting locked and infinited all the way across the stage lol.
I guess that fixes it without tampering with the animations directly... even though that would ultimately be a better fix than what they did.

Someone asked me if it was possible to throw one player, then instantly throw another (i.e, not have to wait).
The answer is YES.
I was able to grab a second CPU instantly after throwing another CPU. So it seems like the player doing the grabbing does NOT become unable to grab, it is the thrown character that is "ungrabable" for a short window (1 second).
