If this is the case and some people have had 4 and 5 of them then statistically they must be the luckiest people on earth.
I'd be playing the lottery/buying scratch cards constantly if I were them.

was in forgotten shore and a band of pikes showed up. killed one and stole his pike, then my friend came online so i went to go find him, ended up riding the pike all the way to skywatch... then pulling up beside him farming it suddenly dawned on me that the pike basically has unlimited ammo.. so i shot in to the cave to see how effective it was and damn...

The Dark Beyond. " We've woken the Hive" has 3 on every run...4 if you count the Knight but killing him usually puts you at a checkpoint. Let him the Knight kill you, repeat.

Trying to use Queen's token to give me Earth so I can do 2-in-1 with a bounty, but keep getting later levels and Moon Destroy Shrine mission. Is this totally random, or has this somehow now switched out the Earth story for the Moon one? Or am I just having a really bad RNG day...?
EDIT: NM, very next try got Earth story (at maybe the 25th to 30th attempt in total).
Well that's odd. I had that the last 2 days, but when it reset 1:20 ago there were only 5 Queen's bounties, not 6 to select from.

God I suck at PvP, I am lucky if I get a 0.5 K/D ratio. I apologize for anyone unfortunate enough to be teamed up with me.
It is kind of annoying. Sometimes I will hit someone point blank range with a shotty and they live with a sliver of health, but I die... I unload tons of bullets with my AR and their health is lucky to be down by half before I get slaughtered. Very frustrating and I don't want to play much more, but I need the Marks for the gear I want.

I'm not that great at PVP but I think the key is to not concern yourself at all with K/D ratios. Just play for the hell of it as even a defeat nets you 2 marks.
Try mixing it up a little. Experiment with different weapons/play-styles and if they don't work then try something else. If it really stops being fun to play then take a break for a while and do some PVE.

At the Earth Patrol starting point, turn left and go down the stairs where my crosshair is pointing at. 3 Hive Majors down there. Kill them, run around for a few seconds and they'll respawn.

Yeah, i think I will just experiment a bit. I think I may also be a little tense. For some reason I tend to accidentally click L3 when doing ADS which kicks you out of ADS so I lose my first sight advantage. This never happens to me in PvE.

Just do the first initial area where you wait at the entrance and the fallen spawn with the servitors. As long as you're taking potshots then you can get a good 40-50 kills right there.

earth patrol, that little shed right down the road from spawn (near 3 mobs at the fork and patrol mission) head downstairs and 3 major hives spawn there at once, kill headback upstairs and go back down and they'll respawn
Remember when people on the Internet cried and complained about ps4 getting all this exclusive stuff... Yet I never see anyone with these items.
