Quick question, for a triple screen set-up, what is best?
1x Titan Z
2x Titan Black
3x GTX980
1x Titan Z
2x Titan Black
3x GTX980
As someone who just purchased and put together the Phanteks Enthoo Pro case with my Gigabyte 970 two days ago, I recommend it without reservation.
Excellent cable management facilitation, great stock fans, very roomy, easy to get set up, and sells at a delicious price point of $99.

It's a case that generally gets a ton of praise, and it's very well-deserved.
As far as the Gigabyte 970's size goes, it is fairly lengthy. However, it did fit comfortably enough into my old Coolermaster CM 690 case w/ the HDD cages, which has a card size limit of 304mm.
Never ever consider a Titan Z. Out of the 3,the 3x 980s. But to be honest you would be okay with 2x 980s. I have a 4k monitor and 2 980s are more than capable.Quick question, for a triple screen set-up, what is best?

Take a ruler and check it out yourself?Shit I was hoping to get the Gigabyte 970 but it seems like it won't fit in my case given the length. I have a Fractal R3, anyone know if it will fit?

Edit: shit...found a picture on reddit, he said it's a very tight fit... Could that damage the card?![]()
In feel you should always go for a lower number of powerful cards in Sli, than a larger number of less powerful cards in SLI. This way you get better performance in games with bad or NO SLI support.I would go for 3x970 instead of 2x980.
That 80% GPU usage on top of an incredibly ugly image too.
Watch Dogs kinda sucks.
EDIT: Do you have AF off?
The game is so goddamn ugly.
I have the same setup. Yes a bit of a squeeze but has been fine since I installed it.
I'm using MSI Afterburner. How do I get it to show me my overall clock? It only tells me how much I've boosted. I want to know if I can get my card to 1500.

What's the program that shows all the system info like that?

This is relevant to my interests. I'm not a fan of the new system.
I applied a quick 150 Mhz core overclock last night that proved to be stable. I'll mess with voltages tonight.
Thanks for sharing?
I didn't realize there aren't any AF settings in the menus, either, so thanks for reminding me to force it globally in Inspector.
So I found some more instances of intense coil whine on my MSI 970, even worse than before and not limited to my previous examples, so I decided to exchange it.
MSI Afterburner.
MSI Afterburner (+ Rivatuner bundled with it)
How do you get it to show temps and clock speeds though? I can only seem to make it show the framerate.
Do you guys think the Twin Frozr is worth an extra $30?
Noob question = is it worth having dual GPU? I thinking about 2 970's should I do it?

Get GPU-Z.
It will show the normal clock, boost clock and then you can check the max boost under the sensor tab by changing it to show the highest recorded value.
Go to the monitoring page and select the option you would like to display.
Hit the check mark to push it to the graph, check OSD to show up on screen.

I'm getting temps of 77 degrees on my 970 @ 1500mhz in Crysis 3. Bit too high for my liking.
So AMD just announced some FirePro cards in India.. I hope that is the only announcement for today, or I'm definitely getting 970.
Sounds a bit hot. How is the airflow of your case?
I hit ~66C with 44% fan speed at 1500MHz in The Witcher 2.

http://www.techmania.ch/details.aspx?sessionID=1210&hersteller=Gigabyte&produkt=GV-N970G1+GAMING-4GD (in stock)Hey guys, a question: in Switzerland I have hard time finding a decent Gigabyte 970 card, but can order ASUS Strix 970 pretty much straightaway.
Is there a consensus on which card is better and is it worth waiting for Gigabyte which seems to be clocked higher and have better cooling system?

How long are these cards?
It says the gigabyte one is 16in long? That doesn't seem right.
