The vanguard quartermaster was selling shadow price earlier today too so I don't think it's just available through the crucible quartermaster.

My best game so far. The legendary machine gun I have is pretty strong with a big clip, so it can get like 8 kills if I don't die. My teammates were also using their shield supers which kept giving my orbs to keep reusing my gun super, which gave them orbs to repeat the process... But I still don't get any of the loot -.-

  • Finishing your Weekly Nightfall
  • Reaching Vanguard Rank 2- we'll be using this method, and if you don't mind, I will be streaming these runs. A lot of people who are frustrated with the apparently slow pace of ranking up would benefit from simply grouping up and rolling with one another, and I hop to spread the word about how it works. Note: at Vanguard Rank 4 and Crucible Rank 2, i'm not even thinking about Reputation anymore, it just comes as I play.
  • Leveling up quickly pre-20 (I didn't really feel this was necessary, but I know some people feel the need for speed)
  • Queen's Wrath kill orders for help getting from 20 to 26
 
Whoo. I got my strange coin from a blue ingram and at the same time got a legendary ingram that turned into a rocket launcher (which I needed). Bought my exotic and got both trophies for equipping an exotic and having all legendary / exotic.

Last I checked, it should have the same stability upgrade. I have the Monte Carlo also which I do like a lot, but I'm not sure how much better it really is over the Shadow Price or if it is at all. It might be really great if you're a big melee person, but I didn't notice a huge reduction in cool down of melee from using it, as a gunslinger. I love the look of the Monte Carlo though. It's my favorite in that department.

I would not play salvage or skirmish(any game mode with revive)with randoms. It's just too frustrating going up against a party that's sticking together, while your teammates are running out to die.

I still need to do the Weekly Nightfall, but I am a level 26 Hunter without a mic. Is this okay?
 
Finally hit lv 23, and still not a single exotic drop to date, not even an orb.

I think it's a combo of limited playtime and a general difficulty getting stuff liek the daily/weekly stuff done due to when I can play. Really wish the game had matchmaking for stuff like that.

There's another one called Hard Light which fires actual lasers.
Wish I knew how to get it :( it looks sweet.

I need help for queen's wrath and weekly heroic strike. need dem legendary gear to get a decent level.

we can do the weekly with Mr_Antimatter as 3?

How do you people have all these exot5ic weapons? Where are you getting them all from? I want to cry. I don't even have one exotic weapon yet.

WAAAH!!!!

I already burned my strange coins on Xur for the armor. I guess I gotta hunt down an exotic weapon elsewhere.

psn is seriously being garbage, also I'm hating so much waiting like 3 minutes in order to be able to read and answer to any message.
 
I'm sitting at the exotic bounty selection screen, what say you GAF?

1. A Dubious Task(Invective)
2. Toland's Legacy(Bad Juju)
3. A Light in The Dark(Thorn)

I'm leaning towards Bad Juju because my experience with hand cannons has been poor in pvp(where I spend a lot of time now because grinding stinks) and the shotgun is nice and all but I've got a full arsenal of blues at the moment, so I'm reluctant to spend a precious exotic on a secondary weapon. Thoughts?

Someone told me that not all lv. 20 legendary gear is the same. Some caps at 27 light, some caps at 28 light, and some caps at 30 light. The 30 light stuff is raid gear, but how can i tell what the rest of my stuff is without upgrading it?

So far as I know, that's incorrect. all Legendary gear outside of the raid should cap at 27. Anyone with more info let me know, as this would affect my guide in progress

edit: Holy balls, Sony! All the in-game networking/grouping/multiplayer features for Destiny seem to be completely stable, but the Friend Request/Searching/Messaging of PSN itself are less functional than like 1997 Gamespy at the moment D:
