So stoked to finally be Vanguard Rank 2... bought all my Legendaries, and only one defence upgrade away from Level 27





Wurzal the Warlock is nearly ready to Raid folks (I'm equally relieved and stoked on finally being able to spend my Vanguard marks!! XD).

Finished the Nightfall (thanks SharkJaw and wowmuchusername) and got a Legendary Engram.

Yadayadayada, I got a Blue Machine Gun that got immediately dismantled, complete disappointment.

Feels bad.

Stuff like this is why I really don't want to touch this game until the patch hits. I'd be livid to get an engram from the Nightfall.

Those psions go out like a bitch when you take out their shield, however because people see ARC DAMAGE and equip accordingly not many rocks a void weapon.

I knew those fuckers were void, and not arc. Not sure why my team leader told me to pack arc weapons. Late night miscommunication, I guess.

I also have a serious lack of void specials. I have void heavies, but can't find anything but a sniper rifle in void, and that's useless in a firefight. Well...at least until I unlock the low zoom scope. PEACE.

Titan Defender void grenade insta-kills them. Wearing the Armamentarium chest plate gives two grenades, so managing those vermin isn't so bad.

That sounds awesome, probably the same with a void nade from my voidwalker. However for Raids and Nightfall I always run with my SunBro as a precaution.

Just finished Nightfall and it was rather easy this week. We finished it on our first try and I only died once. Ward of Dawn saved us a few times though.

I ran with a Scout Rifle to be able to stay back and protect my friends without losing damage potential. My special weapon was Final Boss and my heavy was Thunderlord. Both really powerful arc weapons. Thunderlord especially saved my team from being overrun during the last fight. It's incredibly powerful at all ranges.

All supers are nerfed at high levels. Golden gun needs all 3 shots to drop a praetorian or even a high level vandal. It's actually to the point where I reserve my supers in raids and nightfalls for clearing adds. Voidwalkers' super is awesome for protecting the gates in a raid. PEACE.

Also, if I complete the raid on normal mode; can I still get drops from hard mode?
(I know the chest drops can only be looted once between both, but I'm interested in the boss drops)

it sucks that i got an exotic bounty yesterday so thats 2 useless slots (havent finished pocket infinity one) and 8 missions to settle for my queen

So last night I took my very good PSN friend on the loop/route for material farming

We started @11PM and finished @3AM, so 4 hours, 1 hour per planet

He had roughly 150+ of each material, got like 12+ Ass Shards (Public Time Events were just giving it to him), 30+ Vanguard Marks, filled at least quarter circle by doing patrols for reputation, enough green items to dismantle for parts,blue/legendary engrams
The best part is talking with someone else and farming, the hours flew by, within a few loops it became second nature to him, we just chatted and kept doing, not even realizing we were farming
He even went, we are farming, but doesn't feel like it

My stockpile got a huge surge for all 4 materials, hitting really close to having 800 of each material by end of the week

It leads to the top of the Citadel, in the second the DLC there is a story mission where we apparently go to the top of the Citadel to kill a Fallen Leader.

Bounty limit should be raised now that the Bounty guy has increased his inventory. The multiple trips to the tower can be a chore. PEACE.
